The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby was clean, modern and busy. The room was clean and as described. The pressure in the shower was great and the towels were really soft! The bed was firm and the blackout curtain could be lowered or raised and it worked wonderfully! The only negative was the area where you get dropped off was being remodeled so the drop off was chaotic and the parking lot was farther than I would have liked. It was down a road and on the 3rd floor there was a bridge so you didnt have to go outside. But we had to take our luggage and carry it through the hallways.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived in the parking garage. They helped me with my luggage, found luggage I had failed to unload, and were tirelessly looking out for me. The 2 dinners I had from the restaurant were both excellent. The server, Colton, was very nice.

Check in was pleasant and efficient. So generous to let us check out late! Room was the perfect temp when we walked in. Bed and pillow were just like I like it. I booked this hotel months in advance of my son’s marathon. They reached out prior to our stay and asked what they could do to enhance our stay. They listened and left a. Ice note and fuel for my son. Very nice and made him feel special.
