We stayed in the loft rooms. They have very high ceilings and a open feeling. They are unlike other hotel rooms so they may not be for everybody. The lobby of the hotel is bright and engaging. The parking is convenient. All things considered a very nice stay.

The elevators didn’t work. No one came to assist when informe, so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Then discovered they gave us the wrong room number. We’ve stayed at the Lofts hotel many times before but this was our first experience under the Sonesta ownership. We quickly discovered they don’t care about that hotel or the guests that stay there. We will never return.

Great location, and a restaurant I actually enjoyed going to. My ‘loft’ room was very very dark though with a black ceiling and and did not have overhead lighting. I don’t see how could be desirable.

Not prepared to check people in. Huge line of people to check in at 3pm and told everyone to wait until 3 to check in. Then at 3:15 told everyone they are not checking people in since they have no clean rooms. Either go get a different hotel or wait. Then gave me a 1 bed room instead of 2 queens like I paid for.

Hotel was surprisingly clean and nice. Only down side is parking but that is understandable for a downtown hotel. So plan ahead if you have a rental. Parking is $14/day if you park your own vehicle. But overall great hotel.

I didn’t like that there were no streaming services available for me to log into on the TVs.

Honestly our stay was very disappointing. The hallway on our floor was super dirty, trash laying around on the floor and it generally looked like it had not been vacuumed. Our room wasn't much better, from the floor being dirty to the shower being dirty, the drain to the shower was taken out, there was hair covering the inside of the toilet, the sheets had some black marks on them. When we went down to buy food in the pantry area the machine was double charging people and room service is non existent. From interacting with the staff at the front desk on the night shift it seemed like she just wanted to sit on her phone. Just overall really a disappointing stay and I will be staying somewhere else when I come back to Columbus.

Restaurant is a disaster, they need to rethink it completely.

First to start off Aubree was amazing and very attentive. She has great customer service and made me feel very welcomed. Has a few issues with connecting a console to the TV. Called Aubree and she has someone to help within minutes. Very clean and cozy rooms. Bathroom layout is amazing. Also the price was very reasonable. I will definitely book again.

Liked how close to Nationwide Arena. Disliked the cost of breakfast.
