For some reason my review keeps getting bumped back so I will keep this simple. I was unable to stay due to safety concerns (multiple police upon arrival) as well as the heat was not working. I expressed these issues and they said they’d “work on it” but I was extremely uncomfortable and requested a refund due to the multiple issues which they refused.

Wonderful stay! Better than I expected, very cozy yet vibrant. Loved the plants and sunshine coming through the windows. Loved that y’all had a full body mirror! Overall, I enjoyed everything. The location is even great, very close to downtown and you can walk around to visit shops/restaurants. Would definitely book again. Great with communication as well!
