we enjoyed our stay but the radiator/heater was very loud

The room that we booked for 4 adults with a king and pull out sofa bed could not actually sleep 4 people. the sofa pullout bed was basically a twin size bed. as the hotel was completely booked that night they were unable to make our accommodations right and we had a very uncomfortable night. The hotel blamed Orbitz who I had booked the room through.

the hotel was clean, quiet, good location, good breakfast, helpful staff

Would have liked another comfort chair in the room.

This was a nice hotel. It was half way between Otterbein University and shopping for my wife. We were able to visit our son with a few quick turns, and still take in some of the local eateries/shopping, etc.

I was in Columbus for the big storm, and my hotel and the surrounding area lost all power. Luckily I had my e book so I could read, and i had packed a flashlight. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and the cleanest of any hotel Ive stayed at in the polaris area of columbus. i will definately choose this hotel again

Breakfast was dissapointing.

We normally stay at another hotel within 1/4 mile of the Fairfield, but it was full. So we booked at the Fairfield at a higher cost per night. Despite being newer, the accommodations (while clean and fresh) were surprisingly ordinary. The towels were narrow and very rough. The room (king bed) was a bit small. Other than the towels, there was nothing wrong, but I expected better.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The room was very clean and breakfast was served until 10am, which is alot later than most continental breakfasts are. the bed was very comfortable. we didn't want to leave!

The front desk lady was very friendly and professional.

We went to the Columbus Zoo and had a very long tiring day and relaxed in the pool and the rooms were very quiet. We could park our car right outside an entrance. It was easy to find and leave without a lot of traffic.
