The property could use some sprucing up, but overall the room was nice, very quiet, and comfortable, and had restaurant options within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The location is convenient to the German Village area, and there is a nice brunch / lunch spot called Emmett's about a block away I walked to.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. A standard hotel room, very comfortable. Easy access yo the German Village neighborhood which is lovely. An affordable alternative to the Conference Center hotels which allowed me to get a better feel for the city. The buses are a little infrequent by NYC standards so you need to time it right to take advantage of them. But there are plenty of Lyft cars around and those electric scooters if that will work for you.

The staff was superb; our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was small but clean and not overcrowded. Parking is a problem. It is a downtown area so security is concerning.
