It was close to German village. In shabby condition--elevator and hallways. Used condom in shower drain.
Pool was too warm to swim in during the daytime. The heat is nice 9-10pm but not refreshing during the daytime hours.
Tracey and Sheila were very helpful and really nice people. A covered smoking area would have been nice…..it snowed.

Don't let the pictures fool you. I thought this was newly renovated hotel...which may be so, but poorly done! The property is so dirty and renovation quality is very bad. We travel a lot and stayed at many Holiday Inn Express before, but this was by far nastiest place we've ever stayed. I bed Holiday Inn corporate has never visited this location as I would never approve the condition to represent the name. It was in a shady location and super tight parking...that we didn't feel safe. Dirty and unswept flooring through out the property. Broken room door that I had to physically lift the door up to open. I have so much to list...
The hotel seems very understaffed. When we checked in our toilet was clogged, we had no bath towels and no shampoo/conditioner in the shower. It took hours to get all of that fixed.
Staff was nice upon check-in. Bed and bathroom were clean however there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Something had obviously leaked out of the fridge and onto the floor as well.
Pool is nice. Breakfast is convenient
Very nice room. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is on the edge of German Village which is a very nice neighborhood. Others streets around the hotel are not so nice.

Booked the room through orbitz but card didn’t go through. Hotel didn’t even bother to let us know. Didn’t get the room so we have to stay somewhere else fortunately.
Place was clean and in a very nice location. There are restaurants in walking distance and a park right across the street. Would stay here again!

Good location in German village. Front desk staff was very nice. Overall condition of the hotel was ok. Rooms clean, but painting on walls was very sloppy and TV remote only worked 2 feet from set.

We try to keep the pool temperature in a luke warm for the best comfort
