My mom and I came up from Cincinnati for the Ed Sheeran concerts at Nationwide Arena. We stayed at the Drury for two nights. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Loved the breakfast and dinner the hotel offered. Hotel manager was super nice, upbeat and friendly. We locked our keys in the room at one point and he got us back in with a laugh and a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in was fast and the staff was great. The room was very clean. The parking was convenient and secure. My only complaint was being woke up at 2:30 am due to what sounded like a elephant race in the room above us. Which may have included some bed gymnastics from the sounds we heard. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately.

Wonderful stay. Best hotel to stay for any convention. Free drink tickets and on site parking.

Everything was great. Check in and out was fast. Parking is available. Great location without paying Hyatt prices. Clean and comfortable. The free food is a great perk.

I found the staff friendly and willing to help. All of my questions were answered with care and concern

We were traveling, so we came in late and left early. The beds are wonderful as well as the pillows. A very comfortable nights sleep . . . which is the most important thing!

The Drury inn Columbus is in a great location, and has a very friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are great. The 5:30 kick back, and the breakfast are great features. If you are attending an event at the Convention center, or the Hyatt Regency next door, there is a walkway which leads to the food court between the two hotels. The room was large, and clean, everything was nice, and new looking, well cared for and the whole property looked well maintained. However, the room seemed stuffy, and hot. It was not particularly hot during my stay, but at night the room was very warm, and felt like there was very little air circulating, so it was uncomfortable while sleeping. We turned the AC down as low as it would go, and it did not help much. Otherwise, the place was great.

One of the best stays I've had. Great location and rate.

Had a great time.... We stayed in the room the whole time. ;)

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the amenities the hotel offered. I got in late, missing the free refreshments and snacks. I slept in till 8:30, so I also missed the free breakfast. The only thing I would change is that Breakfast was offered later than just 8:30 and that the dispensers in the shower worked. Overall, it was clean and comfortable for my one night stay. I hope to get to stay in the future to get the full effect of the awesome amenities.

The amenities were awesome! 6 free tequila sunrises plus food! Loved the pool/spa.

The staff was great, and all adults got 3 free drink tickets upon arrival. The hot breakfast was great as well.

Last year we stayed at a different hotel nearby. The comparison between this hotel and the other are night and day. Drury had wonderful and convenient parking, free breakfast, the pool area is nice and clean, and the hotel is just more our style...not too contemporary, more down to earth. They were also very accommodating for the color runners, as they had towels at the ready when we arrived back at the hotel. The only bad thing to say is there is no bar after 7 pm, but we were able to easily walk to another location for a bar.

Great location, super staff, very nice room. Clean & Quiet. Free parking & breakfast was a nice surprise.

I stayed at the Drury while at a children's ministry conference next door at the convention center. From the moment I walked in and was greeted at the desk to the moment I left, the staff was exceedingly friendly and would go out of there way to help me with anything I needed. The food was abundant for the hot breakfast, the afternoon popcorn and pop was nice and the supper helped keep expenses at a minimum. The supper menu stayed the same all three nights with a little variation each time. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay at the Drury Suites was very pleasant. The hotel location was in the same place as other higher prices hotels. The staff was very personable and the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby were impeccable. We anticipate a return trip

Staff was very friendly. Room was excellent. Free breakfast was very good with good variety. Happy hour free drinks and snacks was a really nice addition - the food wasn't anything to write home about (ziti, meatballs, baked potatoes, nacho cheese & chips and salad) but it was plenty to keep me from having to go out and buy dinner. Very convenient location downtown. Secure parking (additional fee). I didn't try the pool or fitness center, but the pool looked very popular.

This is a nice, clean hotel for the Arena District Area.

Had a great experience, will definitely stay here again!

Check in was fast and friendly. Parking garage right under the the hotel. Love the free food and 3 free drinks at 5:30 perfect start to the evening before we walked to nationwide arena for our concert. Staff at the hotel are very friendly. Especially the ones working the buffet and bar area Saturday night. Drury...great job! Safety and security at the Drury is top notch. You always have to have your room key to get through doors and up the elevator to your room. Security guards always around and very friendly too. Only 2 minor things I would suggest to the hotel and that is to have trays available at the buffet (always had to ask for one) and to have bars of soap for shower instead of the liquid gel in the shower dispenser. Doesn't smell good and you don't feel clean with it.
