The room was okay… no microwave in the room, and the temperature was difficult to regulate. Also, the bathroom sink drained VERY SLOWLY. The breakfast that was supposed to be out was nearly empty, and the food that was left was of very poor quality.

Everything was clean, but there were stains on the carpeting. Most likely from coffee. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was alright. The bread did not seem fresh, but the eggs, potatoes and bacon was good. For the price and convenience, I would stay here again.

The first night of our stay the room next to us got into a domestic dispute three separate times the first time they were in front of my door I asked if they could stop yelling and go to their rooms then at 2am in the morning the real fighting started to happen screaming banging and woke my two kids up I called the front desk hut this was over an hour before the cops came to defuse the situation, then my second day of stay multiple cars were broken into of course the security mysteriously quit that night and there were no cameras of the parking lot the staff didn’t offer any assistance even though we had broken glass everywhere I had to clean it up no one offered to try and help clean it I’m so disappointed this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had along with the fact that there was not much to choose from when breakfast was served almost everything was either cold or out of order

This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I hope the owner is reading this. I stayed at this location on 10/20/25-10/22/25 and was had to relocate rooms three total times. I was moved to different rooms because of the Fridge/Heaboard light not working in one room the second room had another electrical issue and then the last room had no hot water…. I was told by the manager whose name is Kathrine, that I will be getting a partial refund wish has yet to be seen. I also had a $60 black Belkin power mag that was “misplaced” in one of the rooms I was in and it was not found upon my departure date. I left a voicemail for the manager and she has yet to give me a call back or any type of response to resolve my horrendous stay

I typically look for Holiday Inn Expresses everywhere I go as they are usually very consistent, clean, and affordable with great hot breakfasts. This one was an exception. There was a “master” light switch in the room that needed to be switched on before anything would work. The toilet paper holder was all but knocked off of the wall. The carpet was heavily stained, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The breakfast was luke warm at best, and I tried 3 different cartons of milk that were all curdled before giving up and settling for the watered down apple juice. I question why this particular facility is still part of the Holiday Inn chain, as it did not meet the expectations I have grown accustomed to given many stays at other Holiday Inn Expresses across the country.
