Large comfortable room. Clean. No complaints to give. Breakfast was good. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Just a TV that was small and hard to see from the bed.

Stayed here for parents weekend at OSU. Beautifully decorated and staff were wonderful. Only issue was Internet was not working in Business Center at all but front desk staff helped us out by sending a fax for us. Breakfast looked very good and was a decent price, but we didn't try it. Wish a few items would have been free as continental. Very nice coffe and infused water offered all day. Great location and nice accommodations. Wish mattresses were a bit more comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

This website showed the room I stayed in as accessible. This was accurate. They had hold bars and extra phones, however, it was really cool and roomy! The bed is advertised as adjustable, but didn't seem as though it adjusted. Overall, good value and clean!

A good deal for what we needed it for. Good location only about 10 mins drive from the bars and arena district

Out at OSU for son's bday weekend, great rate for a hotel that is usually more expensive. Helpful, attentive staff. Clean, well-appointed room, even a pretty good breakfast buffet. Definitely would stay again, as I have already been there several times previously too.

spa was down for mataince so only pool was open we were looking forward to the spa but it was closed

Could have been "nicer". Great location. Pool and fitness center very minimal

Average experience..friendly staff, nice hotel just nothing stood out and made it extraordinary. Could use a vent in the bathrooms!

The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Loved being able to take the shuttle instead of driving and looking for parking. The shuttle driver was great! Nice room! Beautiful lobby. Even had a little bar in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed here for weekends a number of times, and it's one of the nicer places to stay on campus. Generally clean, ready to go, and a good value (except on football weekends when all of the hotels go up a lot). Food is usually fresh at buffet and service attentive. This time, was disappointed with smell of smoke in the room. Definitely NOT like someone smoked in it, but more likely a smoker or someone with smoke on their clothes was there last. Mentioned it at checkout, staff was apologetic. Pool and hot tub are nice, fitness room needs an upgrade.

The day shift staff was fantastic. The young lady working the bar/restaurant treated my wife and I incredibly and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and important. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a short stay, very clean and presentable rooms. Very comfortable beds

Spent a night before a job interview. Slept like a baby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I was well rested.

I always stay here when I go to Columbus for business but you have to pay for breakfast. I always skip their breakfast and go to Burger King in the morning. I just like it that they have the select number beds that you can adjust the firmness of the bed.

We were traveling home after a series of campus visits on the East Coast. The Hotel was very close to Ohio State, so we drove there for a quick look around. There were plenty of places to eat near the hotel. The rooms were quiet an comortable.

We had a good time and the pool and gym were nice. It is only a few blocks from all of Ohio State University events without the crowded streets.

We thought the hotel was great -- clean and very well maintained. I was surprised that there was not a continental breakfast included in the price, however; breakfast was available for a cost of about $10.

This hotel was nicer than many luxury hotels I've stayed in. It was very clean; the people were very friendly; and it was very close to the Schottenstein Center, the reason for my trip. I'll go back to this hotel!

The hotel was really nice. I was impressed with every staff member that we had contact with, Front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I purchased a set of their pillows when returned. They are terrific.
