For just a few bucks more, We could have stayed in a much better place. Facelift on the outside doesnt help the paper thin walls where the noise in the room next to you keeps you up all night. Spend your money on the place next door.

We had to wait forever to check in and the front desk man was not very friendly. the hallways had a bad smell and there was no elevator. The room was very hot and stuffy when we first entered. The room was very small and the sheets on both beds had hair on them. Requested clean sheets and I had to change them myself. The walls Arlene very thin and it was noisy. This hotel was WAY over priced. It was not worthy more than $50 per night if the sheets had been clean!

I came to Columbus for a concert, and this hotel was very convenient. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was not quite as neat and clean as I would have liked, but I was comfortable in the room and felt safe. Bed was a little too firm for me. Overall my stay was good, and I would probably go back.

I was a nice place to stay. Needed to get away for a night and it's was peaceful. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great!

Nice location. Staff at check in was exceptional! Room was very dated and small. Still had old TV not a flat screen. Somebody had a dog and it was a little noisy.

The staff was great, the room was comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast. Wonderful value for the price. Travel to Columbus once a month and fully plan to book here every chance I get.

We found this place near Columbus for a 1-night stay, which provided complimentary breakfast, parking and internet. The room rate was really reasonable comparing with other properties nearby.

Everything was okay. Like the nice mirror on the wall lol took advantage of that.. also needs upgrades on tv's.. bed was mediocre.

Visited Columbus for an event and spent 4 nights at this hotel. Roads around the hotel and the hotel itself were experiencing construction. Despite the working going on, it was a comfortable clean place to stay at a reasonable price.

I booked the nights stay through an online source. When arriving I found I could have saved fifty dollars or more on the nights accommodations. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was fairly clean but the rest of the experience was not enjoyable. There were many parties being held in various rooms and with the thin walls I could actually hear the words being spoken in the room next to mine. (At 4am) The hotel was billed as an Inn and Suites, which was a joke. The room with its pull out sofa and king size bed was barely navigable, the "kitchenette" was a divider in the room leaving inches to get in the bed and once the sofa was pulled out, one had to climb over it to get to bathroom. My son and I were in Columbus for a basketball tournament, after a horrible night of no sleep he had to play the next day, it was a very disappointing stay.

The central pool and social area was great for relaxing even in inclimate weather. Lots of activities for the kids without going outside. Very safe and secure environment for the full family.

Clean place to sleep but the bed was too hard for me and the room was only large enough for a queen bed. There were no sitting chairs, just an office type chair at a small wall mount type desk. Barely room to put luggage anywhere. Not at Polaris.

I was given a key to a room that was already occupied by someone else. Walked in on a lady which was extremely awkward! Then told when I went back downstairs that there was no one in the room I was given. Kind of bad timing to argue with me! :-/

Everything was perfect...from check in to check out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was great

Room not clean, thread-bare towels, worn carpeting, poor breakfast... etc.

Very clean. Room was exceptionally small though and the bed was a bit lumpy. 11:00 check out means 11:00 check out. Staff tapped on the door and called promptly. Overall a decent place to stay if you're on a budget. The surrounding location was great for a short walk to dining and a movie

Clean and comfy. Nice price and staff was very helpful

Price was right. The room and bed were fine. TV was old but worked. Location was perfect.

Good location, clean, friendly staff. Interrupted by cleaners despite my do not disturb...otherwise fine.

Very nice...Check in went smooth, hotel was clean and quiet. Check out clerk was not near as friendly as the check in clerk
