As expected for Holiday Inn Express, while traveling on the road, I find comfort, dependable, relaxed accommodation anywhere with HIE, and hot breakfast included in the morning.
Even in the midst of their remodel it was s comfortable place to stay.

We have stayed at other similarly priced places in the Columbus area as a stopover to visit our kids. This was the best yet. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We will likely book our future stopover's here.

It was simple one night stay. Check in was quick room was very clean bed was exceptionally comfortable! I would stay there again next time in town.
Right off the270! Very clean and has never smelled bad. We stay here when our job keeps us from going home to Cincinnati. Fast food within walking and delivery available from other places. Staff friendly and helpful, never rude.
We were visiting family for Thanksgiving. We were mostly satisfied with our room quality with the exception that the bathroom needed some cosmetic repair work around the bathtub. Otherwise, we received good service from the front desk and housekeeping; enjoyed the heated pool and the continental breakfast was also very satisfying. They had great coffee available in the lobby around the clock. This was not our first stay at this Comfort Inn and we plan to return in the future.
Overall the hotel was very nice. The beds were not as comfortable as some of the Comfort Inns we have stayed at in the past, but they were ok. Continental Breakfast was good - fresh,ready when stated. Hotel staff were very professional and friendly - good customer service skills, which is a must. The only concern I had was the outside door we entered from was not secured, so only those with a room key could enter. Should be checked out and fixed.
