Room was clean shower has seen better days, water pressure ok, door extremely pound no matter what no big deal unless you have a baby and moma sleeping and your trying to slide in/out then very inconvenient. Would stay again potentially for location.

Our Room Was in Poor Maintenance Condition

The dishwasher was literally falling out of the cabinet. It was not mounted correctly. The coffee maker was broken. Upon checking in the pots in the cupboard contained an unknown sticky oil. We have stayed here numerous times in the past. This Residence Inn is in serious need of basic maintenance. Forget about upgrades this place is falling apart on a very baseline level.

This hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to restaurants and a ton of shopping. Area is a safe area of Columbus. The hotel is immaculate. Outside swimming area and fire pit is beautifully kept. Swimming pool is heated until October 1. The two bedroom suite accommodated four of us with extra space.
