The night staff was a little rude when we were checking in. We had already made the payment through Expedia and the man at the front insisted we had to pay again on site. We ended up paying again because we didn’t want to fight him. The next morning there was a very kind and polite lady at the front desk, I wish i could remember her name. She confirmed that there were two payments on file for us and apologized for the mix up. She was able to refund us for the extra payment. Besides that little interaction, the place was clean and convenient. Not standout but did the job.

Son Master Graduation ceremony.

It was just what we needed, close in walking distance to the Arena for my son's Graduation. They even help with trying to find out who had booked a room at another Hotel ad we were checking in, I had to cancel my credit card because of this issues.

Great hotel!

Went for a convention, this hotel was right across the street. The breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. Bed was extremely comfortable, rooms very clean and staff so friendly. Best stay at a hotel I ever had. Plus traveling alone I felt safe. Thank you.

I need help to get $200.08 returned to me. I originally prepaid $200.08 on May 21, 2025 to hold the room. When I checked out they charged me the full amount of $800.36. The staff was rude and told me it was not their problem. I was not able to take a shower the first day because the shower drain was clogged. The drain was finally fixed at 3:04pm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I thought the room was clean, but unfortunately, I noticed some insect bites on my back and torso after my stay, which made me a bit concerned. Also, during check-out, one of the receptionists working in the morning, who was a male, did not seem very professional. Although I had been waiting in line, he called a couple who arrived after me. That happened twice. It didn’t feel respectful or fair. On a positive note, the staff members on duty on the late afternoon and at night were kind and helpful. I appreciated his support.

Valet parking almost wrecked our car. Valet parking brought us the wrong vehicle. Our room keys locked us out and we had to rekey our keys. In my room in particular, the tub floor went into a V and the lowest spot in the tub was NOT the drain. The spigot did not work to even use the tub if we wanted to. The coffee maker did not have the piece to put the pod into to make coffee. The TV did not have a guide that was accurate. Checking out, they charged me 5 times for valet parking for vehicles I didn't own. Still fighting that one with the credit card company and the desk staff stated they didn't know how to print my receipt. Finally got the receipt to I am able to fight the excessive charges. Will never stay at this location again.

The trip was awesome. The room was perfect. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly as well the valet attendants. I will be staying here again.
