Staff was courteous. Ceiling in room was badly damaged, clearly from roof leakage, and had been there for a while.
Found a roach in the hotel left the hotel the same night very Unacceptable could not believe what we found live in the bathroom refunded for the night wasn’t to Concerned only thing they were going to do was move us to another room never again
Once a very nice property, but now fast becoming an embarrassment to its ownership. Terrible maintenance. Elevators so full of pesticide that you can’t even enter. Doors that won’t open properly. Obvious insufficient staffing levels. Good value, but becoming too dilapidated to be worth it.

You're a hot tub was not working every time I go there is like lukewarm and hot tubs are supposed to be hot for a therapy that will never is is in the new rules I guess you remodeled there's not a place to put your clothes because you got a hide-a-bed couch you don't have dressers in that room there was an adequate trash cans in the room. And your business got a dip in it that hurt my back both of our backs both nights you can see the dip in it even though it's a pillow stuff or pillow top. I really think we do deserve a refund or another2 night better stay
Staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to check out the fitness facility. My only complaint was the toilet ran for a while in our room before shutting off and the tub was slow to drain.
The hotel and rooms are clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The elevator is quick and the rooms have Keurig coffee makers (so bring your own k-cups). There is super water pressure in the shower. Great place to stay!
I didn’t catch the bartender’s name but she was great with all the guests. My dinner was delicious. Since I had work to do, the 24 hour business center really came in handy. I really appreciated the extra supples provided. Very happy with my stay.
