The pool and the Jacuzzi was not in service during our stay. Hotel having a pool was part of the reason we booked our stay there so it was a bit of a disappointment.

We were there 4 nights for a fencing tournament. Upon arrival no one offered to help with luggage even though I had big suitcase and several other large bags and children. Front desk checkin was smooth but one of the keys out of two did not work. Went to the room and requested a blanket and several other items, I did not receive those until I asked the third time so my daughter was feeezing the first night. Housekeeping is not everyday unless you call the front desk. I did not sleep so well the mattresses are beat. I would not recommend this hotel its not 4 stars to me and the room we booked was a suite.
