Ok for 1 night

Only stayed one night because we had an early flight. Main floor public bathroom did not work. The elevator was out of order so we had to have them change our room to the first floor. Didn’t use the pool but it looked like it had a film on top.

I was traveling with someone who has mobility problems. Was supposed to have a handicap room. Got there... The elevator was broken, many of the rooms weren't clean, the lobby was dirty and run down, they gave away the handicap rooms to other people, we had to wait 1 1/2 hours after checkin time to get a clean room, the carpets were badly stained and sink hadn't been cleaned, many other people were having the same problems with this place.

I stay here because of the convenience when coming to town to see my dad who’s in a nursing home in Columbus. I’ve been told the facility is privately own and undergoing renovations but on my last visit the curtains in my room looked like a big cat shredded them and the carpets are so dirty and sticky you dare not walk barefoot. Again I stay because I’m often traveling alone and it’s some place convenient to shower and lay my head..

Worst hotel ever. Country inns and suites are usually great places and that's why i chose this one. Elevator has been broken for weeks. My room i reserved was on the 3rd floor so i had to take a ground room floor that wasn't the same as i reserved. It was filthy. Food on carpets, bathroom wasnt cleaned. Asked for then to clean it the next morning and they never did. There was hardly any food for breakfast. Paid a lot of money to stay in this crap hole. Met a patient from the hospital that was staying there that just had brain surgery and she said it was terrible for her too. She shouldn't have to be dealing with that. Oh and no washer and dryer to use like the app says.

Don't stay here!

We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, shower curtain, remote for tv, and a coffee maker the phone didnt work. Dirty towels on floor along with a cheeto! Breakfast was sketchy. The girl at the desk was helpful when we asked for stuff, but we wont be back!

It was very old, elvator was out of service. A very dirty hall and carpet and had vents that had dirt on them. Really dirty bed and sheets. If it was not emergency I wouldn’t have rented this hotle. They really have to invest in new carpet and new sheets and better overall look. 3/10

Do NOT start here. So dirty. The three employees there are trying the best they can but they are expected to do literally everything. Floors are dirty, people smoking weed outside the front door. Elevator broken, pool broken, breakfast was so unappetizing, dirty and gross. Paid way too much to be treated like that. No soap to wash your hands with in the rooms. Dirty wash clothes left in shower from prior guests. Go elsewhere to relax

Avoid this hotel

Awful hotel. Upon arrival found out the elevator and pool both not working. First room I got had stains all over the floor, phone not working, water in shower constantly dripping and no towels. They moved me to another room. Open entering it the room was already occupied. Then the 3rd room they gave me was not clean. So I ended up back in the first room. I asked for towels washcloths …everything for the bathroom and was given 2 towels. Had to basically beg for more linens. The hotel in general needs A LOT of cleaning. Luckily we only needed it for sleeping. But for the price so not worth it.

This is the 2nd room the gave us… this is NOT our stuff

The attendant at the desk was very nice and thorough. The room was okay for the price. The shower floor was a lil dirty and the bed had a stain inside sheets that I did not discover until later. Area was nice and convenient to food.
