The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The parking arrangement was a sham. They have a parking lot but force you to spend $33 for valet to park there. He literally took my car 5 parking spots down from where I was standing! I also didn’t care for the fact that I had to go up into the rooftop bar for a cup of tea. The coffeemaker area in the room was not replenished and the creamer that was there was out of date. I would not stay again.

In the Columbus Downtown area, valet parking is the standard; it is convenient for our guests and still allows them access to their car 24 hours per day.
