There were no coffee cups when we got to breakfast, told the front desk - still empty when we left 20 mins later. Also no clear parking, we had to park in Marriotts parking garage. An elevator going into the hotel really comes in handy when it's a 20° snowstorm outside, definitely staying at the Marriott if we visit in the winter again. Pretty sure the guy at the front desk at night is a robot, we were going to say something out of pocket to see if he had a reaction but he wasnt there the next morning lol.

The room was too cold. It was 58 degrees when we got there and it finally hit 70 degrees when we were leaving. Breakfast food was cold but edible.

Booked a double queen well in advance. Checked in around 8:30P only to find I was bumped to a single king for my party of 4. Room and hotel was filthy. Lots of staff standing around talking. Hallway is all marble which looks nice but it echoes all sound incredibly noisy. Lots of siren and traffic noise.
