Our stay was great! The hotel gave us a snack, 3 alcoholic beverages per person, and breakfast with our stay. All the good and drink was cooked and good quality, This was my first time traversing r Covid but everyone was respectful, wore their mask properly, and socially distanced. It was a GREAT stay.

Beautiful building. Well maintained and clean. The complimentary food and drinks were very much appreciated.

5:30 kickback was nice, didn’t have to go out or buy dinner on evening of arrival. Hot breakfast was included with stay. Swimming pool was decent size and warm enough temperature to be refreshing but not cold at all.

The hotel was clean and staff abided by a variety of Covid protocols. The staff was polite and met our needs.

All staff were welcoming and helpful. It was tricky accessing the hotel for vallet because of construction. However, once we figured it out, it was smooth. The room was large, clean and had a great view. It was a nice getaway weekend!

Construction outside makes getting into valet drive very difficult. Everything else is great

I love the historic character, location downtown, pool, and breakfast

Very welcoming and luxurious Hotel and the rooms Meticulous and the surrounding outside waterfall was perfect for pictures. Lots of construction as would you expect downtown but I was kind of bummed of the forced valet due to lack of any other choices such as the parking lot across the street you can't have overnights and public garage would have been more expensive to come and go according to the valet so we just grinned and beared it but the pool was awesome the hot tub was great the gym was amazing the only thing I would say is Since I checked in so late because I have to work I wish I woulda knew the 5:30 to 7 card actually was not just a drink or two but yet food if I would have known that I would have never went to the restaurant inside and blew almost $100 on the four of us we would have been fine with that but that's my fault otherwise it was great except the confusion of it saying leave your card in your room but then I thought you needed your card to move up and down the floors on the elevator but apparently they would have worked whoever thought

Me and my boyfriend could not snag a spot in the jacuzzi our whole stay. The pool and jacuzzi filled to capacity

I wish I had not stayed here. During Covid 19, it didn’t inspire confidence. Our room had a dirty stained carpet. People all over used NO masks and staff did not enforce masks. Entry doors not automatic so a lot of touching. Restaurant allowed indoor dining. I now fear for our family’s health. Even in normal times, there was simply nothing charming about this hotel whatsoever and I would never stay there again. I thought perhaps old meant charming or historic but it seems to just mean old.

Good value and service. Excellent breakfast and evening appetizers.

Very clean rooms/hotel. Great location. Very nice work out room, pool and hot tub. Delicious complimentary breakfast and dinner. Wonderful staff.

Daily complimentary popcorn and pop starting at 3 pm. Daily complimentary hot/cold breakfast as well as dinner. Beautiful and clean indoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds. Clean and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend staying here. 10

Great set up for kids. Pool was nice and large. The workout room was older but good for a quick workout to burn off the great food that was provided at happy hour!

The staff was AWESOME! Very beautiful building. The room was great, could have been a bit more cleaner, but over all it’s a great place to stay! * Housekeeping should look and clean behind the nightstands, we had trash from previous customers behind ours, and LOTS of collected dirt and dust behind and on the nightstand! Just an idea.

Overall everything was good. I wasn't really impressed with the 5:30 kickback food but thats a minor thing.
