All was good! No issues.
This is a beautifully restored National registered building. Restored the original murals, windows, doors, etc. Excellent acoustics. Loved the place.
Although a bit expensive, this building was beautiful, as was the location: Downtown Cleveland.
First let me start off…everything about this place was a pleasant surprise. I was not aware the dinner was included in on the stay and the rooms are huge! I truly appreciate everything they had to offer. It made my family feel like royalty and for that thank you! During happy hour, in the teacher’s lounge, the prices of desserts were family friendly. Everything was perfect!
Historic Building with cool older features to look at. We appriciated the digital guide to the area. It showed us things we didnt even know exsisted. Secure valet parking. However we didnt know that parking was valet only. Advance notice of this via orbitz/website would have been helpful.
Not a fan of this place.. too many people and our room smelled like cigar and BO.
Great stay in Cleveland
The Rooms were clean, the hotel staff was nice and the building was beautiful. Alot of things were in walking distance. Great Breakfast in the am and the happy hours are nice too. Would definately staff at a Drury hotel again
Location is fine but quiet in the evenings. Hotels is old and dated. I think the great reviews are due to the free breakfast, dinner snacks, and 3 FREE adult drinks per adult per night. Hotel is okay at best.
Friendly staff in historic building. Good breakfast with free evening snack. The driveway needs to be expanded. Only room for one car at a time.
I really like it's in the former Bd of Ed building. Has character, good location, friendly staff members.
Great hotel. Great location downtown. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Adults enjoyed the complimentary drinks.
Had trouble with room keys- was a big inconvenience. Also shower walls were extremely dirty.
Very cool place, think it’s wild it was a old school
We had a great couple days. Including breakfast and the manager’s reception!
Beautiful, classic hotel, great staff & location!
Everything was great - the hotel is a lovely refurbished historic building; it's close to all of the attractions, so walking is easy; complimentary breakfast and dinner; and friendly, helpful staff. I had never been to Cleveland before, and I highly recommend the Drury Plaza if you have the opportunity to visit the city.
