This was our first stay at a Drury Plaza hotel. The bed was comfortable and we loved having a fridge in the room. The fitness center had all the basics for a good workout. We didn’t get to the pool but others enjoyed it. We have to mention that the food and drink offered for free in the evening and the morning was plentiful and good! Seriously, they basically serve you breakfast and dinner ( including 3 free adult beverages per adult!). My spouse loved the free popcorn! Additionally, we found every staff member we interacted with to be friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for attending one of the professional sporting events or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - all within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I came to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF, and stayed at the Drury for 2 nights. The building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good, but what stood out the most was the staff. Across the board, every staff member including the valet, the front-desk workers, the cleaners, the bartenders, and the manager were all amazing. We hung out at the hotel all night and watched the manager do everything from walk around greeting guests, jumping behind the bar to help out serving drinks, literally cleaning tables and moving furniture, checking in new guests. I always respect a manager whom is willing to do all the jobs his or her hard-working staff does. I strongly recommend the Drury if you're in town in Cleveland!

Clean room, friendly staff and nice amenities. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was a three minute walk to the convention center. The historical building is very well preserved while still utilizing today’s technology.

The staff was courteous and informative at check-in. Valet staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping for a better overall experience: the hottub jets were barely functioning, the carpet in our room appeared spotted and needed a cleaning, and a wall in the bathroom was stained. Was hoping for a more relaxing/comfortable one-night getaway.
