What a cool building! This was a great deal on a clean room that had plenty of space for me and my two teens. The staff was very helpful and available. Great complimentary breakfast with a variety of offerings. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was over the top incredible. The variety, hot food, healthy choices. Plenty of seating and polite staff. Hot tub and work out area more than met our needs. The entire facility was clean and well kept. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10+++ When we return to the Cleveland area why would we even consider staying anywhere else.

Perfect location to check out downtown attractions; walkable, close parking, great food availability. Hotel staff was noticeable and accessible. Facilities were clean.Pool and whirlpool were actually open and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Visitors bureau two blocks away, inviting, informative and offering free souvenirs!! Support Cleveland, it's a great town!

The room was spotless and had everything you would want for a hotel room. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The restaurant had good food and a few free drinks. And they even had a bar if you wanted a night cap before bed. The general manager even stopped by the restaurant and introduced himself. Very nice

One of the best hotels of my week of vacation. I have never stayed at a hotel that had so many extras. Free breakfast, free dinner and free cocktails, free popcorn in the lobby. Then the service was top notch. Room was very comfortable and clean. Our room had a great view of the city. Cherry on top of this stay was valet. Excellent.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is located in a great area, easy to get to dining, the Rock and Roll HOF, etc. The happy hour is fantastic - nice variety with food and drink, with a helpful staff. The breakfast was incredible, selection of food, and constantly refilled. I will definitely stay here when I return.
