The Drury was a wonderful hotel right in downtown Cleveland. Felt a little uncomfortable walking around the area. Lots of homeless seen. The hotel itself was extremely nice, staff great, room more than we expected. We had a nice stay. Parking was a little wonky because we elected to park our own car.

The best historical hotel in Cleveland! The staff is always friendly. The hotel is extremely well maintenance for its age. You almost feel like you’re staying in an old museum or palace. Free dinner, free drinks, free breakfast! As a world traveler, I haven’t experienced such perks at any other hotel, from boutique to chains. The rooms are big, comfortable and quiet. It’s also in a very centralized location downtown. This would be considered a safe neighborhood.

Overall our stay was comfortable. The pool was warm, the hot tub was operable, the gym had a nice selection of equipment. Breakfast was included, it was a nice selection and the coffee was good. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The parking was not very convenient. Once parked in the parking garage, you had to bring your luggage up the same ramp that cars were diving in and out of the garage. There was not an elevator or steps that led directly to the hotel. You can pay $$ for valet parking, otherwise it was not very convenient to deal with parking and luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a two hour reception with free drinks and snacks which was very good. The free breakfast was above average.
