While it is a beautiful place, we stayed in a room with a simple metal door separating us from two other occupied rooms. Sound carried heavily and had a rough night of sleep. Lots of bugs in the overhead lights. Clock was not set properly. It’s the small things, mostly, that stand out. Valet is $44 / day and no dedicated garage with validation so be aware.
Loved it. Everything was within walking distance. We walked to RMFH and the rock and roll HOF.

Beautiful historic property, and a great location. We reserved a room with an arcade view, but the room we got was at the end of the corridor, with a little window next to the door where we could barely see the arcade. The room's main two windows have an interior-facing- depressing view of a narrow space between buildings, so the view you get is walls and the vent on the lower floor. That room should be charged as a regular one, not as an arcade view.
Wonderful location and friendly staff. Parking options are limited or extremely expensive relative to the hotel proximity. The room are ok, but nothing that wows you. So the rooms are not worthy of a nearly $300 cost. They’re probably better at half that amount for a one nights stay.
It is absolutely beautiful. For the open layout, i was surprised it was as quiet as it was.

Beautiful property and helpful staff. We stayed in a Gallery view room which is facing a 4 floor open area. It was a nice view inside, but a bit noisy the night of a football game and no view out the windows.
Even though the location was very nice and the staff very attentive my wife and I will not return. All of the good is outweighed by one thing and that one thing is wedding receptions. Because of the open layout of the Arcade our quiet evening was interrupted by the loud music of the reception on the street level. There was no compromise and it was loud! Our suite was on the 2nd floor but we could hear the music LOUD AND CLEAR. This made a memorable stay totally unbearable. We will not return.
