The hotel is great. We require a handicap accessible room. It couldn't have been more perfect. Very clean. Staff was great. Had dinner at Moce restaurant which was good. Waiter very nice. Valet serice was great. Once you're on the campus it feels safe. The 10-12 blck drive from the expressway on Carnegie Drive is kind of sketchy. I wouldn't feel safe after dark and I probably wouldn't stop at one of the few restaurants available. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. It's always been clean and the stff have always been great, even during COVID. I would recommend it it you're coming to Cleveland clinic. There's even free shuttle services to and from the hospital.
Very clean, quiet, spacious. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.
Dining staff was understaffed. One person tending bar and taking delivering food and drink orders and he was overwhelmed. Give him some help.
The front desk staff was excellent. Friendly accommodating and verry helpful. The housekeeping mgr. and some of the staff leave a lot to be desired. We were there for 12 days and 6 of the days of the room was not fully cleaned, the beds were not made the garbage was not emptied, no clean towels bathroom shower and floor not cleaned ect. You are not on vacation if your staying on the Cleveland Clinic grounds. You are there for a love one who needs serious help. The last thing you should worry about is if the room is made up when you return at 9:00-10:00pm and housekeeping is not around. I did think that finaly after reporting it and complaining to the manager it would be taken care of, but I think it fell on deaf ears. Next day nothing was done again...and again Verry disapointing to have that added stress at that time.

Convenient to Cleveland Clinic
As a hotel next to Cleveland Clinic, and specializing in clinic patients, there should be handicapped parking available. There were only 3 slots, and they were all occupied. I have MS and cannot walk from the available parking garage to the hotel. There were several valet drivers standing around, but not available to help park the car. This hotel was not suitable for a handicapped guest. Shame.

Good hotel restaurant, modern facility, wish that they had on site parking but the valet service was fast and responsive.
Hotel was close to the hospital and offered frequent shuttle service. I did not use any onsite amenities other than the restaurant and breakfast was great.
All is good. If you need to stay overnight at Cleveland Clinic, Holiday Inn is perfect. Valet parking & shuttle service great.
I have made three calls regarding clothes items left behind and first call said the supervisor would call back in 30 mins., waited till late afternoon and called again this time was asked to leave message, third call I asked to speak to manger, once again leave message. We live 4 hours away or I would drive back but very poor in communication.
