This is our go to hotel for Cavs games. It is literally right across the street from Rocket Mortgage. We've stayed here so many times. Staff is kind and detail oriented. Rooms are very clean and simple. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast bar downstairs is ok but with limited choices but staff is attentive. Our only complaint is repeatedly we've had big issues with the valet parking. It is often understaffed and sometimes they park your car outside. In winter once the kid brought our car back covered in snow! He didnt even take the time to clean off the windshield. We have also had to wait super long times to get our car back in the morning. We keep hoping for them to improve this and if they don't this year we'll be looking to stay elsewhere, which is sad because otherwise we really love this hotel.

The management i.e. corporate needs to get the staff help. Valet parking ($45) was a mess. Lines of cars at check-in time left outside the hotel for 2 hours due to only 2 valets. Puck up next morning took 1 hour due to the same. Staff are pleasant and helpful but aren’t miracle workers. We stayed on a Saturday night when concerts and baseball games were bring played.

The staff during check in was super helpful and kind. We were early by 3 hours and it was during the Microsoft outages, even with that the staff was able to get us checked in and comfortable. I would say the staff in the evening were my least favorite. When calling to ask a question, every time we called, the person on the other line was quick to hang up. “Hi can I come down for more towels?” “Yes!” Click, they hung up. Each and every time. One evening I had to call 3 separate times because I had 3 different questions. Despite those small moments of not experiencing the best customer service, we would stay again. Overall this has been one of our favorite hotels to stay at for baseball games. The courtyard was our favorite part, it was nice to come downstairs in the morning and let the kids run around a little and not have to worry.
