There's nothing really wrong with this place, and it's very clean. It's just a little slack. The fridge didn't work, they'd just mounted new soap and shampoo dispensers in the way of the shower handle so you couldn't turn on the water, and when I went to check out, there was no one at the desk. I finally just left my key and a note about the fridge and left. Hotel parking is about 20 bucks a night, but there's some street parking behind the garage if you can get it.
Nice property, clean rooms, convenient parking, and great proximity to museums in University Circle.
Perfectly for everything but not for recycling - there is no any recycling collection even plastic bottles.
The room was very nice. Having the kitchen and extra living space was very convenient.
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed our room a lot; it was fairly large with very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Having the refrigerator, sink, and stove was lovely. The staff was great. The rooms were fairly quiet, which was very nice. The doors are very, very loud when the close, which was a bit tough going quietly in and out of the room. The breakfast was very minimal-even acknowledging COVID restrictions-and could be been better stocked (particularly with vegetarian options).
It was in a great location for a concert we were going to right across the street. The bar was closed because the bartender called off sick! The breakfast was very limited because of COVID concerns but I understand that. Parking should be free!
Staff was very friendly and the location was convenient for me. There were some maintenance issues with my room but I was able to get another room easily and it was better.
There was a $22 parking fee that I was not aware of.
Very close to Cleveland clinic and walkable
The rooms are not bad if they clean them a little better I had to have them change my room three times due to not being clean enough I don’t know if a short staff or not but they was nice enough to let me walk through a couple rooms to find one of the suited me
Staff was great! Everyone helped me feel at home away from home in the middle of a stressful trip in a surging pandemic.
The service and amenities at this hotel are outstanding. The breakfast is also very very good.
I think as a new property its having it’s getting up to step problems. When we arrived at 4:00 in afternoon and were told room wasn’t ready. I think it probably was as we got our keys shortly thereafter. The king suite which was the smallest of the suites had a chair and desk and if you sat at the desk you could not get around the beds without crawling over it. So I wish the room was bigger. Housekeeping was learning and forgot to clean the coffee pot. No biggie. Breakfast was good and the gentleman in the dining room went above and beyond. I love Marriott but I will ask that desk question next time so I have enough room.

Thank you, Holly, for your feedback. In our rooms we have the blue recycling containers for plastic it is unfortunate that your room did not have one. We unfortunately do not have the recycling in our public spaces. I will inquire to see if they can be added.
