Extremely accommodating staff. Located in a quaint area. Would definitely stay again.

Smells nice pool good parking not really down town 30 minutes walking to first energy stadium great for baseball and basketball games shuttle was available breakfast was great

Average hotel experience. Rooms need updating. Parking is 18 dollars when directly across the street it's 4. We were put in a smoking room, and every room has a no smoking placard next to door. Could not use the AC due to horrible smoke smell. Hotel did give us a new room the next day.

Convenient to Progressive Field. Short drive to Tremont. Cleveland rocks.

We really enjoyed our too brief sta and tried to book a Hilton Garden Inn in Omaha and were disappointed but not surprised that it was booked.

Everyone is so nice and coming from out of state the staff helped me ride the public transportation and tell me what I had to do. Ray the shuttle driver to the clinic was so very nice and made me feel very safe. I always feel very welcomed when I am there like coming home for a visit. This is the second time staying there and I will continue to come back

Very convenient, safe, close to everything, quiet.

Had a ball this weekend hotel was close to my birthday gala others in my group where also at the hotel too ,,,,this hotel will be recommended to others.......thanks

The room keys were very frustrating. They wouldn't work repeatedly for the hotel doors and for the parking. Also to have to an additinal charge for parking is rediculous.

Went to cavs game, hotel within walking distance to everything we wanted to do

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown the staff was friendly. We had a nice experience visiting Cleveland for the first time. We were in Cleveland for the Scorpions 50th Anniversary concert. The concert was great. Friendly people in Cleveland told me about Uber car service used there service to get around downtown Cleveland, much better than me driving in the busy traffic. Went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, a must to see when you are visiting Cleveland. We will be back.

The staff was the best~so accommodating and pleasant and very willing to make our stay so easy. I will stay there every time I am in Cleveland. The beds were adjustable so it was perfect and the maids were so pleasant. I forgot my phone charger and she came down to the lobby to give it to me and would not take a tip!.

Had stayed here before with a comfortable, pleasant experience. This stay not up to par.there were wet, dirty towels in bathroom which room service promptly came up and got,no room available to put me. Also around the corner from elevators. Felt like I was on the elevators for the next 12 hrs. No sleep was to be had.

This hotel is ideal if you intend on going to an Indians game or even Cavaliers. It's also good proximity to a lot downtown. Good districts are in walking distance. Other than that, the sink was clogged the whole time I stayed, parking was inexplicably expensive, and the sheets were not as clean as I would expect. Worthwhile for the cost and location.

Convenient to all stadiums and downtown. Easy access to highways. Friendly staff

I have stayed at a Hilton Garden before and had great service. This hotel is in the heart of downtown so there is alot to do for the younger crowd. There is also a casino near by, but not alot of late night places to eat.Check out wad really easy. They also have a pretty secure parking lot.

Nothing memorable but a good solid clean room and comfortable bed. Shuttle to the rock hall of fame was handy.

friendly staff, great location for sports fans, variety of restaurants, clean rooms

OK Hotel, Decent Location. Didn't like the charge for parking but street parking is free on the weekend!

This is a perfect hotel when you're traveling to see a baseball game or a basketball game. Great value, great location, nice pool and great room comfort.
