Bed was comfortable, customer service was outstanding honestly and I needed a couple of things so they were so kind and nice, the flatbread was really good and honestly it was so close to my medical appointments at the Cleveland Clinic that it was a great experience! Close to the airport as well - it barely took the Uber 19 minutes to get there!

The dining area is so slow could not stay and eat due to medical appointments. Water in the room was cold, and it took 10 minutes to heat. Room tables are very dirty. Was not a relaxing stay, pillows are do puffy but when you lay your head on them the flatten to nothing. When we pulled up to valet, the girl said welcome to Holiday Inn, I was confused because I was not at Holiday Inn.
