I drove 3 1/2 hours only to get there and be told the entire area was without power and no hot water. This was upsetting because I never received an email or phone call about this and there were no other hotels available. I had no choice but to turn around and drive back home. I was given the choice to stay and be charged the entire amount or cancel at no charge. I cancelled due to no power until possibly 2 days. I had to drive back home. I am not a happy camper.

Good value, clean and straightforward. Service and staff were great and no location was very convenient. Always know what to expect with Hampton. We were a little disappointed with breakfast but it was a busy Sunday morning.

Window curtains didn't open. The staff didn't know how to fix it so no view or natural light in the room. Worst hotel stay ever.
Perfect room size. No outside pool
What I didnt like was the lack of communication. They did not come to clean room, replace my towels, and or empty my garbage for 72 hours. I literally had to speak to houskeeping myself to find out the process. On my second day I had to call for fresh towels that was sent up to me through the security guard.
Was looking forward to the hot tub but unfortunately the hot tub was down I'm assuming due to Covid but I did not say that on their website which is a little sad.

The staff was great and dealt with any issues in a timely manner. Our room had broken blinds and difficult to use TV (remote wouldn't connect to TV). The pool felt dirty and in the morning there were no towels at the pool. The pool deck surrounding the pool was extremely slippery and dangerous for our young kids.
It was clean. Friendly staff and were able to accommodate. Close to Walmart and gas stations. Great site in & out
