DONT STAY HERE!! This was my worst stay by far!! Ive been staying here over the last 10 yrs plus for a yearly event. 1st-breakfast was a joke 2nd-came back to hotel the 2nd night at 1am (from being at event for over 12hrs)everyone was being evacuated out of hotel bc there was a "glitch" in their fire system. 3rd- AND WORST part of stay (other thing i could deal with and wouldnt complain if thats all i dealt with!!) 3rd night 3 trucks/suv including mine had windows smashed and items stolen out of vehicles! All three were parked right by the back door NOT off in the dark corners of parking lot... my vehicle was parked right up to building. The worse part was the hotel DID NOTHING to help us. The Gerneal Manager was called to be informed of the situation and she then proceeded to tell her worker that "im taking a sick day its mothers day anyways" Are u kidding me? All three victims were mothers by the way and this is what we had to deal with?? The general manager refused to help give us any insight what to do... the clerk at desk gave us the number to the hotels insurance and the gentlemen that answered the phone told me to ** off, thats why we have car insurance. It took all three of us hours to get the cops to come and they told us that this has been happening alot lately. Actually 38 break ins in last week in that area at hotels and hotel clerk said the same thing after it was mentioned. Dont stay! Ur not safe AND hotel dont help and has the WORST customer service!!
