We were taken aback at check-in when told that the next morning as of 8am the water could be shut off for a few hours. That is the time we needed to get up and get ready to leave, so that was quite inconvenient. We were given a piece of paper explaining but not offered any reduction in cost or other benefit. When I later asked the desk staff about this the guy was less than enthusiastic about the topic and shrugged it off, saying he couldn't do anything. He then proceeded to ask if we wanted to check out...at 7pm. It was just kind of weird.
