It was very clean and friendly.
This hotel used to be the place to stay in Cleveland but now seems to be run by management that simply doesn't care. Our family checked in and was taken to a room that had never been cleaned - trash everywhere, unmade bed, dirty bathroom. Although we were given a different room there was not apology, no effort to make it right, no hospitality - just rude, indifferent employees who clearly had no pride in their work. The furniture in the new room was chipped, the bathroom not cleaned properly (hairs on the floor still). This one should not really be a Marriott, and definitely should not charge the prices it does. I never complain online but am doing it now in the hopes that Marriott will pay attention.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean and attractive vibe. Parking was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.
The first time we didn’t like the beds. Very uncomfortable .
I liked the friendly and helpful personnel that made our check in smooth and was helpful finding transportation for our party of 6. The lobby was beautiful and the waitstaff super nice. We sat outside in the evening around the fire and it was lovely!
The room was very nice, great location, the restaurant in the hotel was very good!
Showers were awesome (very important) staff very friendly, great location!
Paid $500 for a small room. Two thin small towels for two people. Sagging worn out mattress. Room service came in a brown paper bag with plastic utensils. Rip off!!!

close to the convention center and down town. it s also close to the river front. It is in walking distance to the casino and all downtown attractions
