A Place to Rest Your Head

We went for a convention and this hotel was close enough we could walk back and forth. It was okay. Not awesome, not terrible. It definitely needs a glow up and you pay $14 a night for parking, which the don’t tell you up front. The only issue we really had were the elevators. They were extremely old and sometimes would stop mid floor. We were supposed to go down to the lobby and it went down, stopped for a minute (doors did not open), and then went up to the top floor. I didn’t really feel safe.

First off when i spoke to first desk the morning of my check in, they did not tell me i pull up first to check in and then i can go park.I was furious as i though i had no where to park at 1245am and was going to get a refund and just drive 2 1/2 hrs home. Bed sheets had pen marks like someone drawed on them. Air unit made noise all night long. It was a sold out hotel, so i couldnt switch rooms. Key cards would not work so i went down to front desk again and front desk gave them to a "bell boy" and he didnt get on the elevator with us so we got up to our room waiting for him to come up to give us our key cards, a manager had to come up and open the door for us. Not the best place to stay but atleast it was good enough for a few hours.

Our room smelled musty! We had a giant centipede in our room. They price gouged us since multiple events were going on. The AC unit made a loud noise all night. Would not stay there again. Very upset I paid almost 600 for one night!

there was no place open with in walking distance so we urber eats they didnt give us silverwear so I asked for some at the front desk and you would have I was asking her for her 1st born, very rude and nasty to me, you would think with the money that I spent on the room for the night they would have at least smiled, I will not go back to that hotel. If you dont like your job find a new one
