Friendly staff and the most convenient location.to Hopkins.airport. Room was nicely appointed and very clean.
Particularly enjpyed breakfast service. Cleaning staff did a GREAT job on my roo.
Staff was great, very friendly & informative. The only thing I didn’t like was the room wasn’t as clean as I would have appreciated. Upon check in there was a dirty wash cloth left strung across the top of the shower and some of the pillow cases had stains on them. Other than that, everything was fine.
The welcome was most generous, especially as I had gotten to the wrong hotel. The clerk there was also most kind, immediately calling the Hilton re my mistake. Within very short order the Hilton driver appeared to rescue me and with most professional and compassionate care brought me to the assigned hotel, where throughout through my short stay I received many curtesies... tea containers and directions for the obstinate Kerrigan machine , allowed to enjoy the Garden tables while embibing on my own bottled water, etc.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast tasty. The room was clean and quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Convenient for our short stay in Cleveland.

Everything was nice. Outdoor patio was added bonus.
Horrible carpets, water faucets messed up, heating & cooling messed up, couldn’t sleep all night. Only the good about this hotel is its shuttle to the airport! Coffee maker in the room was dusty. Won’t recommend!!

We picked this hotel due to the great reviews we read. The room was extremely nice and comfortable. Bathroom could be a little bigger but it was clean. Biggest downfall was they charged us 3 different times they said every time they will fix the problem but it was an honest mistake but it never got fixed till we finally called them and ripped into them. All I'm saying is bad careful with your card info they may charge you more than once!
The hotel was great. The employees were nice and welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. The beds were comfortable and they had a control on the side where it could be changed from soft to firm or vice versa. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a one cup Keurig, which my mom loved. I was also able to big the bed I wanted.

The Hilton Garden Inn was exactly what you look for in an airport hotel. We had an early flight the next morning so it was super convenient to be right there. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, price was reasonable.
Nice convenient location to the IX center. Staff was friendly and even recommended good local eats, Free shuttle to the airport was appreciated on a cold snowy day.
I was in town for a conference. Booked last minute, and was happy to get a nice room at a reasonable price. I wish the breakfast buffet was included in the room (it's an additional $10.95), but I was in a hurry, so the convenience was worth it.
The hotel was clean and super close to the airport. The shuttle was fast, on time and the driver was friendly.

The staff was excellent! Everyone from the night and day desk clerks to managers, housekeeping and even maintenance greeted us and were extremely friendly, helpful and interested in our day. The shuttle was great and took us to and from the train as needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friends that were staying in another hotel wanted to move to our hotel but they were booked! I would highly recommend this hotel.
