It was a quick walk to the Quicken Loans Arena and ball park. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The walls could have used a little soundproofiing as my "neighbors" were keeping me up at night talking. Other than that it was pleasant and I will likely book this hotel again in the future.

Every staff member was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning had a great variety and very delicious. The location was perfect. We were in town for a baseball game but also went to a Cavs game. Hotel was a few minute walk to both games. It also was a half mile walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I'd definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, updated and the Hampton bed makes me feel so much better about staying in the hotels, they totally change out all the bedding for each stay.., including the comforter!

Our room was clean and served us well for our short stay. The hotel itself is within walking distance to the Q, the restaurants on 4th, the Cleveland Convention Center, the Rock Hall, and the Science Center; as such, we were able to park our car in a safe garage close to the hotel and not have to move it throughout the entirety of our stay. We would stay again at this hotel, surely, if the need arose.

It was good overall . Breakfast was ok they don't use real eggs! Don't taste nothing like real eggs. Towels were a bit small ! Just a few little things weren't the best but most was great and service and location were great!!!

I was in Cleveland for a business meeting and this hotel is centrally located to many office buildings and restaurants.

Place was easy to get to and close to everything but no free parking valet was $26.00 for one night and the room price was over $200 So I don't feel the value was their a all.

Our stay was fabulous. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to park our car before we checked in and held our car the next day so that we could explore downtown Cleveland with no driving worries. Very close to fun Cleveland attractions. Excellent breakfast. Awesome stay! I would stay and recommend to our friends and family.

the room was clean but the only problem we had was the heat went out in our room. they gave us another room but charged us twice for the room.

The hotel was perfect for the occasion. The staff was great and helped out with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean but just a little small for my likings but had an awesome time and the location was perfect to go downtown for the night!!

This hotel was in a good location not far away from many of the attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need.

This was a great location for us. We were only in Cleveland for a few days, so we didn't want to spend a lot of time driving & commuting from the 'burbs. The Hampton Inn gets high marks for its location. Rooms comfort was good, and the staff (except for one woman at the front desk when we arrived) was very pleasant, polite and helpful. The air conditioning was individually controlled and worked very well. The shower had LOTS of water pressure, which is something I really like, plus there was a shower massage head that you could take off its swivel and use the massage setting on tired shoulders and neck, not to mention rinsing out the shampoo. No hot-and-cold-then-hot-again water during showers either. (Many hotels suffer from this.) Bathroom was beautiful, with granite sink counter, tile in shower and on the floor, warm golden color palette. Very nice. There was a night light which was a great touch. The bed linens were fresh, felt like 100% cotton good quality and very nice for sleeping. The bed was hard -- most hotel beds are. (Somebody somewhere decided that a hard bed is a good bed, grrrr. A nice thick 3" micropore pad would do wonders for hotel beds everywhere and make them SO much more comfortable, including this one!) Valet parking at $20 per night you stay is about what you'd expected downtown. Often times the valets and kind of rude and surly. Not at this hotel! This valet station is run by Don and he is terrific. Pleasant, funny and makes sure your car gets moved and parked safely. When you want to go someplace by car (we walked almost everywhere) he'll be sure that you get it right away. Tip your valets, people. They'll be grateful and give you excellent service, especially Don. He really enhanced our experience at this hotel, and how often can you say that about the valet? Check-in was a breeze. We were in Room 606 and had a lovely view of the cathedral across the street. Needs improvement: Our room was not large, none are, and had ONE chair. It was for the slide-out desk. Any room that has 2 guests should have (at least) 2 chairs. I requested one at the front desk and one from the conference room was brought up. That was good. But the "desk" chair sat so low to the desk that my chin was practically resting on my computer! The chairt was at max height already, so there was no adjusting it up any further. And it was very large with arms and not very comfortable. Terrible ergonomics making it difficult to maintain good posture. The space for the desk to roll out makes it impossible then to move the desk chair. Easily solved with a proper height smaller secretary chair. I struggled to get the work I had to do completed, it was so awkward and uncomfortable. Bathroom desperately needs more light. The two recessed halogen fixtures are quite fashionable, but completely inadequate for shaving, putting on makeup or doing one's hair in front of the bathroom mirror. Our room was right across from the elevator. A large sign asking people not to have a loud conversation after midnight in front of the elevators might be helpful. On Sunday at 3:30-3:45am a very loud conversation woke me from sound sleep, and again at 5:15-5:30am the same thing. People just partying late I guess. But could you please take it to your room? The "breakfast" was very crowded and cramped, the waffle (which I made from their batter) was impossibly tough, the syrup & jelly made with high fructose corn syrup (yuk), the pork sausage was greasy and was mostly cereal of some sort, the scrambled eggs made from powder, and potatoes over-salted and cold. Bagels and English muffins were OK. Likewise the Raisin Bran in the little packages. Pineapple was spoiled, and a two-tone yellow (how did that happen?) No trays to carry plates, silverware, beverages, etc. on, so very awkward. Trash cans were overflowing. Just get breakfast someplace else.

I was in town for a conference, traveling alone. My room was actually nicer than I'd expected and the bed was super comfy. I had a bit of trouble using the WIFI, and my bathroom was a bit musty smelling. But overall the hotel was super nice, very convenient. Valet was great, super easy. And the location can't be beat. I'd recommend.

great value....nice hot breakfast, new rooms, happy staff

If an ornate lobby and glitz are not important to you and VALUE overrides all that you desire,,,,then this is the place for you. Breakfast is free and it is GREAT! Easy to walk or bus to anywhere. New updated clean rooms. Friendly team. The only negative is that I booked an extra night and I didn't receive the discounted rate I had for my first 5 nights,,,that was cheesy as I gave them five nights....pleasing the customer is your only goal and they didn't come through with this...oh well. We were a black/white, young/old gay couple so maybe that turned them off.

The place was very clean and quiet. The staff was great. The free breakfast had a little variety, which was nice. The drawbacks were that my room seemed dark. I only had a small window, and the desk was lit with recessed lights. Also, the internet was really hit-and-miss.

The hotel is very clean, and the room was well appointed. My only complaint is that the desk was not well lit and I had a small window, so my room seemed pretty dark. I also struggled to have consistent Wi-Fi. The free breakfast offered some variety, which was pretty nice.

The room was great..the staff for the most part very friendly...great location...very decent free breakfast...bed comfy...I would stay again...

think the parking should be included and for what I paid I could have gotten more for the value but its downtown cleveland

Your basic nice, clean hotel.Very friendly staff. Not far from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or Playhouse Square.
