I normally do not take the time to do this but this place is unacceptable. It is dirty. The front desk gentlemen were very nice and helpful but the area is just not clean.

Stayed here with my kids for one night after a late airport arrival. The airport shuttle and front desk staff were great and helpful. In the room, there was a peach pit and a child’s bouncy ball in the middle of the floor, sheets were stained, and the room lacked any kind of hand or body soap. Overall for a quick one night stay it wasn’t horrible but next time I would pick a different hotel.

The worst stay ever...

We had to change rooms because the first room was dirty. The second room was worse. There was actually what looked like poop around the side and bottom of the toilet, but I didn't see it until I came out of the shower. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and tried to be accommodating and sent my pictures on to La Quinta, but no one responded. The person who drove the shuttle was very friendly.

Appears to be poop, also wet brown spots on floor.

Review of Cleveland airport LaQuinta

Initially card key didn't work but quickly corrected by staff. The deadbolt was defective in room we were given so staff moved us to another room. The room was clean but boxspring was noisy. We were easily able to obtain new bath towels when needed. There were no instructions on where to dispose of full garbage cans. Staff were attentive to requests. Breakfast was good.

Solid chain hotel. Staff was nice and thoughtful. Housekeeping didn’t quite finish servicing the bathroom—there was no toilet paper or towels, but there were extras by the sink, so I was fine. Breakfast is standard continental fare. They are by the airport and train station which is convenient. Air conditioning was on blast, which was nice during a heat wave.
