The hotel was very conveniently located across the street from the train station which brought us to downtown Clevelend. They also had a free airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a good stay. Staff was wonderful. Everything was pretty convenient. The linens on the bed were slightly ripped and the curtains didn't close all the way. Those are really my only complaints.

I have a problem with the key open to the room every time going out and got back the key is not working i am going to the front desk but explain but the reception the first word said ooooh because you put the card together with ur phone and she didn’t know my room key card always in my wallet and have a no words for a apology

Didn't feel super welcome when I got there by the lady at the front desk. Nothing was explained to me, I had to ask when checkout was and I thought I had breakfast included but she didn't say anything and now looking at ads for the hotel it does come with breakfast so not sure what happened or if I misunderstood. The room was clean enough but definitely could be improved - mostly the shower, the inside was fine but the outside near the bottom could use a deep clean. Also there was water splashed on the floor when I was done. I had the doors closed so I think the track is somehow leaking. The air conditioning unit gave a droning noise that you eventually get used to. The hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to come on. It's OK if you just need a place close to the airport to crash. The lady at the front desk when I left was very friendly.
