I checked ahead to make sure a mask policy was in effect for the property. The man who checked me in upon arrival confirmed for me that the everybody is required to wear a man inside the hotel, though the person directly in front of me in line was unmasked and nobody had asked him to do anything about it. MUCH WORSE: The manager of the man who checked me in was also unmasked. She came barreling around the corner and practically walked straight into me. Again, she wore no mask. I was too disgusted and defeated to actually complain to this woman, as the damage was already done -- she was roaming the facility without a mask. The woman working the front desk the next morning when I checked out was also unmasked. If I had had more time, I would have contacted local authorities.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy check-in ... easy access

It was clean. The shuttle driver was excellent! I left my purse on the shuttle, and he brought it back with everything in it. I would have spent a little more for an updated television experience. Most basic cable includes amc, but not there. I spent an hour trying to cast to the tv, but it was blocked. The sling button didn't work. Seriously? How would I cost you money by signing into my sling account? I had to watch tv on my tablet

The fifst room given to me was filthy dog pee pad on the floor bed waz a mess and bathroom dirty

The room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the property was a little rough around the edges. No service elevator, so we road down to breakfast with a maintenance person that had a min-dumpster of trash.

Staff was wonderful. It was pet friendly too. Breakfast was great.

Location to airport and RTA was great! Great breakfast offerings

It was close to the zoo and the rock and roll hall of fame.

This property was clean however what I didn't like is breakfast was done at 9:am.

Room was not clean Dirty coffee cups on end table, used spoon and napkin on floor near bed. Breakfast was NOT No Eggs Potatoes Trays were EMPTY.. Coffee ran out. SUPER POOR SERVICE !! One girl looked like she could care less when asked.. NEVER had a LaQuinta like this before !!

Great place to stay in Cleveland! We stay here every time we come to Cleveland.

Not Orbitz's or hotels fault, but Waze directed us through a rough looking neighborhood on the way in. We found a much nicer way to come and go.

The place was dirty. housekeeping really needs to step it up. the staff, including the housekeepers, are the nicest folks I've experienced.
