Needed a place to stay overnight following a concert at Nationwide Arena. While this isn't the closest hotel to the arena, the other places are a little pricier and this is still only a short walk to the arena. Our room and the place in general was clean. Parking is an extra charge, which is mentioned in the property description, and the parking lot is across the street. What is not mentioned, though, is that the Red Roof parking fills up and there may be no parking available. To their credit, Red Roof didn't charge me for parking and directed me to a nearby convention center surface lot. To their discredit, Red Roof did not tell me that parking would be more than double the Red Roof parking rate and that there would be no adjustment made to my room rate to accommodate this. Is it a big deal? Not really. But, it would have been nice if Red Roof had gone that extra mile and covered the difference.
The staff at the front desk was great, don't think our room was cleaned the 3 nights we were there as the bed was never made, not sure if we had to request that or not. Very convenient location, parking was great and only $15 day
This Red Roof Inn has NO FITNESS ROOM at all. Instead, it has something much better: An arrangement with a STELLAR gym about an eight minute walk away -- Red Roof guests can train there for free. That may not be so nice in February, but in October, it worked GREAT.

Parking was good unless lot was full then you have to park in adjacent lot for a small amount more than parking for the Red Roof Inn. It was close and convenient to highways and the convention center .
The property was clean and smelled nice with friendly staff. It was a bit loud un the hallways at night but it was an awesome location! 0.5 mile walk from North market and close to High Street.

I chose to stay here back in January 2020 and they offered free parking and breakfast with fhe stay, but this year the rates for the room went up, parking wasn't free (wasn't available even if i wanted it due to being full), and no breakfast option. This along with the old loose cheezits we found in the ice buckets. The hotel use ro be worth it, but reconsidered my options for future stays near the Greater Columbus Convention center.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Coffee machine in room had a huge hole in it and didn't work. Coffee area downstairs was always very messy and always empty when I tried to get a cup during breakfast hours. Old popcorn kernels along the room walls. Stained pillow cases. Not worth $400 for 2 nights
Customer service in the form of kindness was really outstanding. After a long ride, it was so nice to walk in the door and feel welcomed. Completely unexpected and very appreciated!
The property is close to all the action and the staff were excellent. Hayley was so accommodating at the front desk.
Bad smell
It was just what we needed for Origins Game Fair. Though the room was sort of musty which triggered some allergies for us. We also had to ask for new towels and a room tidying. They don't just do it on their own. Staff however was super nice.
Liked: Location Disliked:. Towel was either dirty or stained. Lamps over the bed didn't work. Slight smell of marijuana. Room key didn't work for the parking lot.
