Front desk was very nice. Elevators were broken a few times, but didn't end up being a big deal for me. No breakfast options which is expected with the price point

Check in was terrible. We came in for a concert on a Sunday night and the check in line had 30 people with only 1 reservationists. The other girl couldn’t log in to her computer. Parking is bad too you have to park across the street and it isn’t easy crossing with your luggage

Rooms were not cleaned well. Was suppose to have our 2 rooms together and we were separated between floors. Elevator wasnt working and the one that was got stuck and doors wouldnt open. I would not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here on multiple trips. Always have allowed an early check-in without a fee. Parking is a little weird in that it is across the street, but there are spots out front to drop off stuff before moving it over. Room is clean and sink is outside from the shower/toilet area, good perk. Monica at the desk was great and we will be back.

Hotel was very clean and smelled great. It was a very convenient location for Nationwide Arena, which is where we were going. Hotel has parking, but the lot is across the road from the hotel which was annoying, but not terrible. quiet area, lots of food options. Rooms could use some maintenance as there was a few things broken in our room. Overall, would stay here again.

No complaints on Cleanliness, but nothing else good to say. Stark rooms, so-so service, paid offsite parking and small, reeeaaly uncomfortable beds... I'll pay a few extra bucks to go down the street next time.

Red Roof Inn is a budget friendly property that is clean, well maintained, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. It is right across the street from the Columbus Convention Center so a great place to stay if your attending a conference, convention, etc.

This is a good hotel if you want to be across the street from the convention center but don’t/can’t pay for the Hilton or Hyatt. There is a weird smell in the hotel, and the rooms. It appears clean, but the weird smell did. It go away and it was throughout the hotel. There are no extras here. No breakfast, no pool, no fitness room, nothing. So it is an ok room in a great location.
