The property and Hotel was nice. No pool but like the pool table and games. The only thing was the elwctric got knocked out due to wind storm. I know this was out of their control but it does happen often at this location and other hotels did have electric so not sure why this location always looses power. Anyway a Cold shower wasnt fun and not having a t.v. Otherwise staff was very nice and obviously had to deal with alot last weekend. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast nothing special.

I flew in to CMH around 1am and called the hotel for the shuttle. He was there to pick me up in less than 5min! Then the sweet woman at the front desk made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed since it was late and there was nothing open to get food or to buy anything I may have forgotten. She was personable and friendly. Breakfast was perfect and check out was quick! The rooms were clean and quiet. I will absolutely stay again!!

Excellent room, great bedding, the new section is a modern Spanish revamp of a 16th century palacio - recommend to stay in that part of the hotel. Very nice overall, wish I had an excuse to stay more days.

The stay was good. Check in was easy. The room felt a little claustrophobic. It was a king bed but the it was very small. The breakfast was fine except they did jot have a choice of turkey or pork sausage. They only had impossible meat and not everyone eats that. They should have options for those who don’t eat fake meat.
