Someone programmed a thermometer for the air and heat to come on at inappropriate times making the room extremely hot or extremely cold. The breakfast is unedible especially as I am allergic to eggs and the sausage is unbearably horrible there is no substitutions that a diabetic can eat. We could eat the yogurt and that was about it along with a bagel one day however choices for the food are not good and whoever is cooking them has no clue how to cook The handrail in the elevator fell off as the elevator stopped on the ground level four that is the case it's never been properly fixed since it was probably broken a long time ago The shower curtain rod in the room that we stayed in was not in place correctly and you could not shut the shower curtain to take a shower as I am handicapped that was very dangerous for me. I could keep going on we do like the hotel for the most part however little things that are easily repaired just aren't being done and the cook needs to be changed it's the same person cooking that was there 3 months ago couldn't cook then either choice of bacon or good sausage would be nice at least but only boiling turkey sausage and eggs is not acceptable for breakfast for me Turkey sausage should never be boiled it is supposed to be cooked differently The flavor is boiled right out

Definitely overpriced for the location...no view and next to a store unit. They need a better breakfast menu and the breakfast staff shouldn't hurry guests out of the eating area at 8:55 am!

Overall it was a great experience. There were some ants by the cereal in the breakfast area that kept it from being a perfect visit. But I get ants in my house sometimes so not going to ding them overall for that. The room was great and other than the aforementioned, the rest of the hotel was very clean.

room was descent & air condition was working properly staff was ok until breakfast. We noticed ants all around the the counter & inside the cereal & when it was notified of the issue it wasn't handled appropriately. They continue to leave the issue like there's nothing wrong. Then another guest experience the issue & overheard the conversation to end up throwing away his bowl. I just feel they could've responded a lot quicker with this issue. I hope they removed ALL the cereal that was in the storage room. I would advise receiving bags of cereal that fits your dispensers so that you can prevent ants/bugs from getting inside. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.
