The staff was super friendly. I did not catch the 2 young ladies that we spoke to at check-in, and the following morning, but they were both extremely helpful and kind.
The facilities were extremely lacking.
Hot tub was semi-roped off (not safely) as it was not operational, which is no big deal. The pool was very cloudy (didn't look clean). No towels in the pool room either.
There was food on the end table in our room, that looked as though it had been chewed up and spit back out. It was in plain sight, so that tells me the room was not cleaned well at all. We went to the front desk, and a young lady working the front desk came up and cleaned the food/table herself (she was extremely apologetic and humble). One bed had clean linens, with fold lines in the sheets (probably new, possibly unwashed considering they had pressed fold lines in them). The other bed bad linens with a lot of hard between the sheets and the topper. We asked for these to be changed... the service brought new linens and dropped them off at the door, we had to change the bed.
They mentioned that they were very short-staffed, which I can respect in this current environment, but that's not really reason to open/occupy rooms and if you can't guarantee they are clean. I would not keep my family here again for just under $200 per night (weekend).
