I must admit after reading some of the other reviews, I was skeptical but our room was GREAT. Very quiet, lots of room. We had to plug in our frigerator into a different outlet to get it to work but no big deal. The staff could be a little more knowledgeable about local bus stops but overall we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

good overall experience. not the nicest hotel ive stayed at but far from the worst. i would stay there again for sure. great location downtown columbus. overnight valet parking is around $20. visited the bar, was pretty decent. did not eat at the hotel restaurant.

I only stayed for one night but I have no complaints. Location is awesome and had a great view of the capital building. Bed was really comfortable. Overall I was very pleased.

The hotel is really beautiful and the room was comfortable but it didn't start out on a good note. You have to valet your car which I had no idea about and the valley was beyond impatient and unfriendly to me. Was not happy with having to pay $23 to park my car for less than 24 hours as well. Once I got to my room I went to get ice but there were no ice buckets available in the room so I had to use a bunch of cups. Had to try 3 different floors before we found a working ice machine. The check out was quick and valley the next day wasn't so bad but overall was a little disappointed.

The hotel is on the low end of a Starwood Property. It is very dated.

The staff was very nice . The rooms were great and very clean. Woud stay there again...

Wonderful. Right at the start/finish line. Weather turned nasty, so it was nice to be right there!

The Sheraton is in a good locale and has a really nice gym on the 22nd floor!

My wife and I stayed for the weekend to see a musical at the Ohio Theater. The location is great since the theater is literally right around the corner. There are also a couple of good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful without exception. Our room was nice and the view was fantastic. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning, and it good and delivered exactly on time. The walls were solid -- we rarely heard our neighbors. Our door was squeaky and the lobby coffee shop closed too early. That's how far down I have to reach to find something to complain about.

Definitely worth the price. We were in town to run the Capitol City Half Marathon, which was located near the hotel . Beds were comfortable and loved the hotel bar. Staff was also friendly and supportive during our stay.

Room was excellent, but tub would not drain while taking a shower. Standing In 4" of water is pretty hard to deal with when showering

Staff very friendly and nice. Room was nice but felt that pillows could have been better. Woke up each morning with a stiff neck.

Wonderful cheerful staff and perfect rooms. Nice experience

I booked this hotel since the price was really reasonable for the quality of the hotel and it's location was right in the heart of downtown. Columbus Commons was right in our backyard! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even at 12:30am when we checked in. I spent the extra $5 to upgrade to the Club level, which basically meant free breakfast...nice but i wouldn't have paid much more for it. Columbus has way better food than you can get at a complimentary breakfast bar. Although we probably could have walked more places, we ended up driving a lot. The valet guys are awesome, but you should probably call ahead for your car if you're in a hurry. My only complaint: although the room itself was very clean, there were a couple of weird stains on the furniture. Not a deal breaker at all though. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and appeared clean. However the windows were really dirty and when I went under the table to plug in my phone charger there was a lot of dust. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location was good--only a 5 dollar cab ride from Arena District. There's a Starbucks but it wasn't open for Memorial Day Weekend....

I booked a room for myself and another for my adult child. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. This is convenient to the Convention Center. The one complaint would be the parking. We left to check in at the convention center and returned shortly thereafter to no parking in the parking garage. Be prepared to spend over $20 for valet parking because they have bought all the spots in the parking garage. That was a rip off.

The toilet was dirty! That pretty much made me so uncomfortable that I couldn't relax.

The Sheraton Columbus at Capital Square proved to be a great choice for our recent trip to attend a show at the nearby Ohio Theater. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and a good value for our overnight stay. Our only negative issue was the poor performance of the hotel's WiFi network. The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted us warmly at each encounter and readily adjusted our bill due to the poor WiFi performance.

We were attending a concert at Nationwide Arena, and decided to make a night of it. Walked to (and from) the arena - less than a mile. Hit the hotel lounge for a night cap. Great trip. The staff was particularly courteous.
