When we checked in we discovered there was no valet service and we had to park the car in a private garage that was connected to the building for $17. ea car per day. We were not informed of this when booking. The directions were poor and we never could find the garage. The next day I heard another lady complaining she could not find the garage. On the last day we did discover where the garage was from a staff member who had better communication skills. Possibly need written directions. We had to park across the street and tote a good amount of luggage up stairs, down the road and across the street. We had to change rooms after a late arrival due to a broken air conditioner (maintenance was late for shift). This room had no refrigerator and there were obvious stains on the chair. The room was run down. We were moved to another room with a $10 Starbucks gift card (I do not drink coffee) and discovered the new room had stains on the rug and even more stains on the carpet. There was a rag on the floor a maid had left behind and the beds looked that had been sat on as they were made but messed up. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off and was worn on all walls. The caulking in the tub had black spots and the grout was stained. The shower area needed to be updated for sure. The windows were so dirty the view was impaired. This was not a 3 star room as advertised and I feel cheated and misled.

AC was not working. Toilet was not clean.

The lights in the bathroom worked intermittently. The water for the shower took about 15 mins to warm up in the morning. The refrigerator did not cool. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not. There was no housekeeping due to covid precautions which is understandable but they should at least provide clean towels and tissues daily without their guests having to request them. The fitness facility is nice. The room was not well cleaned upon arrival. We found socks in the room from a previous guest.

Lines of people were angry and shared this experience. I felt bad for the staff that they were forced to deal with the mis-organization of the hotel, resulting in disgruntled customers. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Super great staff. Worn out bathroom shower. Orbitz price was not same as room price we were billed by Sheraton.

The location was excellent! Having a Starbucks was a nice addition.

We had a blast here. The staff was fantastic, everyone always smiling and willing to help.

My family and I had a great time staying in Sheraton! we are planning to come back in October, 2019. the only comment we have is that we paid almost $ 235.00/night /room which was ok where I rather pay $ 250.00 or $ 300.00/night/room and not to see a bottle of water in the room labeled $ 2.00!? thank you again for great service.

Elevators were broke the lounge ran out of different types of beverages and take out containers, didn't like the fact having to pay for parking

The hotel is in a good location and had a Starbucks attached. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean, house keeping did not show up the first day and there was a very large standing puddle outside my door for 2 days eve after I notified the hotel.

The water was scolding hot in the bathroom sink and shower. It was so hot I only turned on the cold water and hot water cane out. I couldn’t stand in the water to shower. The comforter had reddish brown stains on it. Not a pleasant experience
