The front desk person could not find my reservation. Even after I showed him an email from Expedia, confirming it. This place is more like a motel. No real lobby to speak of no restroom.. i was left to scramble last minute to find a hotel in the area.

I did not feel safe staying at this hotel. The area felt sketchy, with people lingering around the property. The room was dirty, the water was cold, the lights flickered, and the sheets were torn with cigarette burn holes. I spent the entire night worried my car would be broken into. The only positive was that the staff was friendly.

Room was in very poor condition, smelled very unclean. Carpet was dirty, beds hard and lumpy and bed smelled of urine. Needs a lot of attention when it comes to guest satisfaction, the area around the place was very sketchy also. Overall bad experience, never again at this location.

When we arrived our room was not clean. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, the bathroom door did not close and the AC unit did not have a cover. The day after, there were flies in the room and once we saw a roach crawling on the floor we checked out early in the morning. PLEASE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Don’t book a non smoking room at this hotel as they only have smoking. When I checked in at desk, they said I booked a smoking room. Not! Showed my reservation and they said no smoking were rooms available. A dump hotel.
