This was an amazing stay for my family. We went up for two days to visit COSI and Legoland. It was well worth the money. The pool was at a great temperature, and the hot tub was relaxing and inviting. The room was spacious and easily accommodated our family. The hotel staff was amazing. The housekeeping did a great job with our 3 boys! The only suggestion I have is to bring a larger trash can to the larger rooms: we quickly overflowed the trash with our boys. Breakfast was also delicious; however, we have picky eaters (no peppers), and so one morning was limited for us, since the eggs had peppers in them. Overall, we will be adding this hotel to our favorites list!

Only one elevator worked and the down button on the sixth floor didn’t work. Elevator was shared by guests and service staff all day. So long waits, long lines, and multiple trips.

The staff I encountered were amazing and kind. Our room was clean and nice for our stay. My biggest problem is the elevators. There is 2 elevators, but only one running. The one running is slow, can’t be accessed from the 6th floor, and did I mention slow? This caused long wait times. We waited 30 mins to get down to the lobby. Sure I could take the stairs. But my husband was traveling with 150lbs of bowling balls for the state tournament. Taking those down the stairs 4 flights is a hard pass for me.

Everything was just ok. I booked for the hot tub feature and breakfast. Very disappointed that the hot tub was packed, but that’s not anything the hotel could manage. The breakfast was barely edible and I’m not a picky eater. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, and the one that did work was extremely slow. We took the steps from the 4th floor most of the time. The only employees who were somewhat congenial were at the front desk. The others we encountered appeared disengaged and unhappy. I did like the shower pressure and I slept well. Those are probably the most important things, but I’m unlikely to return.

We always stay here when we have our getaways everybody is friendly. Everybody is nice professional. I love the pool and the hot tub and the rooms are perfect and clean and I love how high the bed sits. This is our favorite hotel.

Maintenance could use some help. Shower struggled to get warm, toilet ran, fridge wouldn’t keep things cold. Breakfast runs 6-10, but at 9 they would not put more orange juice in the machine. On a positive note, the checkout time is great!
