The front desk guy was nice and helpful. There was a lot in the area. My room had a very slow draining sink. It took almost 10mins for the water to drain. Breakfast was ok. It was not the greatest. Sadly several cars had there windows smashed out which is a problem at this hotel. I would not stay here again.

The hotel and its staff were amazing. the room was great. The problem is when I went to my vehicle this morning and my windows were busted out, along with over 20 others in the parking lot. The officer told us this has been happening for 6 months and multiple times at the same location. Why are people not warned about this or security increased to prevent it??

There was a problem with Expedia when we checked in. We were on sixth floor, and the elevator button was not working on that floor, so we had to call the desk to get the elevator. The front desk manager was outstanding.

As lovely as the room was and very clean, it smelled lovely and clean. The carpets even felt clean. The bathroom very clean too plus the hair products and lotion in the bathrooms and nice thick fluffy towels. Even the hall way smelled very nice and clean without being too overly strong. The manger at the desk was very nice and polite. He even fixed the room card that wasnt working. ***BUT OUR CAR WAS BROKEN INTO IN THE BACK ROW OF THE PARKING LOT. A BUNCH OF CARS HAD THE WINDOWS BUSTED AND ROBBED** the cop said it happens a lot so i would not stay here! Stay at a hotel with way better lighting on THE WHOLE PARKING LOT AND CAMERAS** I did get my room refunded but its not worth the damage and thift to my personal property. On another positive note the breaskfast bar was pretty good, i got to make a fresh made Belgian waffle was so cooked to perfection with little mini chocolate chips on top. It was amazing. I only got a small nibble then a guest let me know my car window had been smashed **IT WASNT EVEN THE HOTEL STAFF THAT BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION** i lost my appetite after and threw my breakfast away.. so sadly i did not get to enjoy that delictable waffle.
