Shocking

There is no hotel security at all on this property , and it was needed when a man verbally assaulted and tried to physically intimidate me, my daughter and my sister while having breakfast in the lobby area. After contacting gen manager , she spoke to him, and it was his word against ours! As women traveling alone- please reconsider staying here, I can’t believe he wasn’t escorted out , but then again- no security to do so!!

This location is convenient if you have an appointment at Cincinnati children's. The pool is small but nice and there are many choices for dining near by.

The property was very nice and the staff was delightful. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. The parking garage was convenient to the hotel. We had a great stay.
