2: Take out the trash – Before checking out, please take your trash outside. There’s an ash door that leads to the decking—just look to the left and you’ll find the trash bins. Be sure to tie the mouth of your trash bag securely before placing it inside to keep things tidy and critter-free 🗑️✨

3: No smoking – Absolutely no smoking indoors; a cleaning fee of $100 will apply if this rule is broken.

4: Respect linens & towels – Paper towels are provided—please don’t use white towels to clean up spills or stains.

5: Keep shared spaces clean – Please be mindful of others and help keep common areas neat.

6: Lost & Found Policy Please check carefully before departure. If any personal items are left behind, we’ll hold them for up to 14 days. Guests may arrange pickup or cover shipping costs during this time. After 14 days, unclaimed items will be responsibly discarded. We do not offer long-term storage.
