Room was dirty. No hot water in hotel. Front desk staff didn’t tell us that when we checked in. No signs anyways saying not hot water was available. I went down to the front desk and told them and the lady said yes we don’t have any hot water.

Our room was clean and the staff were quite friendly. We discovered the first morning of our stay that our shower wasn’t working properly. A repairman was sent to our room right away and though he fixed the problem, he left behind a quite dirty space. The second mowing of our stay the whole hotel had no hot water, so we didn’t get to use the shower anyway!
