The gentleman behind the desk who worked the night shift was so kind, caring and understanding too. His name started with an M. Marcus I think. Everyone else was nice too. It is an older hotel and not fancy. The paint is peeling in the bathroom ceiling because I am assuming no exhaust fan. Love the location as we go to the North Western Hospital. Breakfast is standard hotel free breakfast. The gentleman at breakfast if friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
