Awesome service with an exceptional evening staffer...not only was he in charge of the front desk; he was folding linen and helping out with any additional requests...we needed a couple of more towels and he promptly stopped what he was doing and took care of us!!! Housekeeping service was provided the next day...which was a wonderful surprise since with COVID-19 they were limiting the service. Our room should be up for a renovation soon...no issues but wear and tear in some places...super quiet room!

For the most part my stay was ok (room clean and pleasant hotel) but there were things I was not a fan of. My room inexplicably had no microwave so we could not heat up anything. The 'COVID-19 changes' sheet I was given mentioned that towels and garbage (to be placed outside the door) would be picked up at 10am and 5pm daily, but no such pickup happened... so my garbage and dirty towels stayed in the hallway for the next 1.5 days (I stayed 2 nights). So here is my neutral rating - not bad, but not good.

Charged me for room after I had already prepaid. Refused to give me a refund for Additional charge stating didn’t have enough info but had my card info And ID to verify I was who I said! Never will I stay here again.

The service was great. Anything we ask for , they were qilling to asist . They were very kind and helpful.

The only complaint we have is that the beds are terrible. We woke up in pain! The staff was super helpful and friendly though.

Proximity to what I needed to see and do. Close to the airport and major highways.

Amazing hotel. I would simply like to comment that the water pressure from both the shower and sink needs to be increased, and maybe think about adding waffles to breakfast menu. *Parking situation needs to be addressed, no available spaces after it gets dark outside.

The shower would not get hot. Had to call front desk to bring a new remote for television. Maintainence person came and had to program television. Hotel staff very friendly.

Good hotel in accessible location. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a sentimental item was recovered after check out.

3rd time staying at this property. Major issue that was addressed by Asst GM, was that on the second day of my stay the room was not “cleaned and serviced” until after 5 pm. Rooms that were not occupied were cleaned first ..leaving those of us with multiple days last. The breakfast that was great during my previous stays was subpar supposedly now based on healthy food consumption...horrible but better by the second day to some degree. Management and I talked as they listened to my issues.

Was nice and clean. The staff was warm and inviting

The shower floor had buildup. It’s apparent they knew this as well bc there was a shower mat rolled up in the corner of the shower for use. There appeared to be a minor drainage issue in the sink. The water drained slowly. Outside of those two concerns, the remainder of the room was fine.

For this to be the Hyatt I just feel that this hotel is poorly kept. The staff were very nice however when I was leaving I felt it was necessary to inform the manager of the dirty shower floor in the room I was in. It was very bad however I wore shower shoes and purchased 2 shower mats during my 3 night stay that were NEVER moved. So that gave me even more reason to believe that the cleaning staff cut corners when cleaning. With all that being said the manager didn't seemed to concerned with the picture of showed her which I took when I 1st arrived but I went on to make some cleaning suggestions.
