We were told to call the front desk if we needed anything. That qas the night qe checked in. I called the next night to get towels, there were not enough for 6 people. The girl was very rude and said she only had a few and qe had to wait. I went to the desk the next morning and spoke with a different lady. She was very nice and said the girl should of given us what she had.

I don't understand how this place is rated so high. It smelled so bad like weed the whole time we were there. The room was so dirty there was food in the bed that was supposed to be clean. You could hear everything inside and outside the hotel. There was only one elevator. The free breakfast was a joke especially if you got there any later than 7am.

Parking was fine,and we felt our vehicle was secure. Our room was pretty nice. The staff were fine. Our room was very good. The bed could have been more comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was better than any hotel we had stayed in during COVID. We were happy with this hotel!

This property is not family friendly. Extremely unclean hotel and especially durning covid times!!! Ended up checking out earlier is was that bad! Horrible experience for my anniversary stay qould not recommend!

Booked a whirlpool room exclusively for the whirpool tub. Tub not only didnt work it was gross and not well cleaned.

It was okay...there was a very musty odor in my room and there was trouble with my check in. My room is booked under a false name that I did not provide. Breakfast bag was :(

Breakfast was unexpectedly great. Check in process was relatively slow, staff was too much socializing with clients.

Was convenient to airport and has a shuttle. Lots of shopping in the area. Beds were not that comfortable. Bathroom facilities were very noisy. Lots of construction in the area and parking minimal. No adjoining rooms which we were looking for.

Rooms were clean, well stocked, breakfast was great overall the best stay I have had in a long time.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
