The property nothing like picture's. Very run down. The room dirty, my family to tired to go to another hotel. I actuay cleaned myself, floors, counters and bathroom. Bedding was clean. Front desk stated "cleaning crew walked out today". We could tell who checked out that day, curtains opened rooms a mess, rooms the same way when we checked out in the morning. Table/chair missing in room. No iron or blow dryer. Both spots blank . I made complaint to front desk ,and i will be contacted management on Monday...

We have stayed here multiple times and gone to the jocket lot. Excellent location. Clean hotel. Excellent staff.

The staff was friendly, room was clean. There was no ashtray in my smoking room. I also wasn't able to eat breakfast because there were no gluten free options. There wasn't even any fruit out.

well i start by add im disabled i cant walk so my wife and went to check and the woman was very unprofessional and rude ! as my wife was walking up she made the comment i f**ing hate 3rd party check-ins than my wife gaven her the name of the rooms which it was me not to mention i cant walk she wouldnt let my wife check for us she came ngot my ID which the woman told her too and gave it to her which she than still being rude and my wife told her three times that i couldnt walk that i was in the car if she needing to see me.then she went to say she couldnt do anything until she seen me. i then had to make my way in not being able to walk plus not to add they have no handicap access i then made it in and had to set down the lady made me get up and come to the desk 4 diff times then to add my room was on the 2nd floor i asked for smoking on 1st floor she told me no as i made it up the stairs because again no handicap access at all made it in the room to like 20 roach bugs crawling everywhere air not working good at all dirty towels trash in the floor just nasty rooms my in laws was was 4 rooms down in the other room i paid for with bugs an hair and piss being all in that room. well paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights each and the 2nd day my mother in law key wouldnt unlock the door i calleddown a guy came an unlocked the door for us told us we would have to come to front desk to get new keys i called an asked the same lady that was working upon check in if could make them an have som

The sinks were clogged up black gunk came back out of them the tub did not drain very well the hairdryer was torn off from the wall

Close to where we needed to be, planned to stay for 1 night and due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up staying 3 days, pool closed too early, and needed to be better maintained

Room was nice enough. Older motel. The tub and shower needed a thorough cleaning. When the bath mat that is embossed in the bottom of the shower is grungy from soap it sours your opinion of how the rest of the room is being addressed.

Mold in bathrooms. Locks didn't work. Cancelled after 1 night

Checked into a dirty room, finally after getting another room in which they told us “they were booked solid”.... it wasn’t much better but at least it appeared to have been cleaned.

The area was not groomed which takes away from the welcoming upon arrival. In the room, windows DIRTY, sheets and pillow cases have blood/ketchup stains and hair, so DIRTY linen. After grabbing all my stuff, I went in the room to settle in for the day. I turned to lock the door and NO LOCKS on the inside!!!! imagine that. The turning lock usually found above the door handle was taken out leaving just a hole where it came from, the security lock was broken as though someone had already broken in before! The only thing keeping out intruders was a door handle that turns with a key card! I called the front desk immediately to change rooms and/or at least my sheets and pillow cases, but after about 7 attempts I gave up and figured they knew about the room's condition. Too tired to fight I grabbed my traveling linen from my car and made my bed. Surprisingly the bed was still soft but I refused to lay on the usually soft pillows! Overall the stay was okay if you're choosing between driving sleepy and getting a quick life saving nap. Danger feels to linger though, awaiting to pounce when least expected. I had to spray almost a whole 8oz bottle of liquid air freshener to freshen the room. Thank God I made it in and out safe!
