Good room and bed. Staff was friendly. Elevators confusing though. Use the sky walkway from Terminal 4 much easier to get there. Clean quiet room. Didn't have time to tey breakfast but its free. Shuttle to aiport was handy too but costs around £8 or 9

This was a great hotel right by a tube station. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They did have a an option for breakfast but I don’t use it. I had a drink at the bar and the staff there was nice as well. Overall a great stay!
