Great hotel about a 10 minute walk AFTER you get off the elevator from the trains or getting luggage …. Great staff super helpful! I’d def suggest upgrading to the superior rooms … I had a standard one at 1st its pretty bare bones :( Superior room for a small fee more is a fridge and nicer room almost like a Hilton …. Only flaw was cleaning staff was so rude to me. The blond on floor 7 on 11/20/25… I’m mixed race and was blow drying my hair and it can make a smell the heat on thicker hair and she made the nastiest face and asked me what that was and was super rude after that as well… Don’t appreciate that kind of treatment as I can’t help heat smell on my kinda hair …. other than that, this hotel is GREAT xxxxxxx

Excellent choice for an overnight stay at Heathrow Airport. Walkable from Terminal 4 Departure level via a walkway corridor. Surprisingly quiet in room and a super comfortable bed. Excellent value. For free transfer between terminals at LHR take the Piccadilly line and not Elizabeth or Express if transferring during late evening.

Conveniently located a short walk from Heathrow terminal 4. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were extremely thorough with regards to allergies at the restaurant. Quiet room with all of the necessities for a short stay.

We traveled with 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. Our reservation said 2 quad family rooms, we got 1 room for 4 and one room for 1. (the rooms are not big enough for 4 people, even with children!) We tried to rectify with the desk - they said it was Expedia, and Expedia wouldn't answer. Otherwise, it was an ok place to stay close to Heathrow airport. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but all in all okay for a quick overnight.
