I have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and always enjoy my stay. It is clean. Affordable. A bit inconvenient to Terminal 5, but manageable. The food in the restaurant is good. And all of the employees I came in contact with were very friendly. For some reason my room felt humid, which was strange as it was January... Other than that, I had another good stay and will return in the future. Thank you.

It was bad experience, first the staff is not friendly at all. We arrived 2:10pm and they said check in is at 3pm. They saw that we were with sleeping baby and another tired toddler but still asked for 15Uk pounds for early check in. Then the room was dirty and all outlets are uk standard no adapters or usb to charge phones. They sell the adapters there as well. What a ripoff then they aggressively told me “You are in a budget hotel, what do you expect”. Never again.
UK standard outlets and no adapters.
Lots of dust all over the room.
