Always a great time at the adagio. It was the first time in many years we have been at the Adagio that we had biting flies and the love bugs invasion. But condo was very nice. Communication was best we’ve ever had. Thx Nancy

Amazing views

We had a great stay overall! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Your Friend at the Beach, who we rented through, was absolutely amazing—great communication and truly went above and beyond. They texted us early when the condo was ready (before check-in time!), allowed us to park our 4th vehicle at a separate gated location, and even offered us an 8th night at a discounted rate. They were also kind enough to let us take our time checking out the next morning, which we really appreciated.One of the best parts was the location—having the pool right outside our condo made it so easy for the kids, and we had the most incredible view of the 4th of July fireworks right from our place! Such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family.The only issues we ran into were that the dryer damaged several clothing items by pulling in drawstrings, and the middle bathroom tub didn’t drain well. Hopefully those are easy fixes because everything else was wonderful!We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend renting through Your Friend at the Beach—they truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable!

Amazing vacation

Condo was absolutely perfect. It is just as described. Beachfront, walk right out to the pool. Extremely clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a very small bunk room that our children loved.Check-in and checkout process was very easy. We absolutely will return.

A week in paradise

Condo community was great. Heated pool was really nice as was the exercise facility. Access to one of the best beaches in Florida was spot on. The floor unit was a great location with easy access. Did have some issues with theft of small items left outside unattended, but that had nothing to do with the management company. Just be aware that the first floor gives anyone easy access to your stuff if you leave it out. The unit was a great place to spend the week though. No need for a golf cart as this was close to most of what you might want or need. Maintenance was easy to get hold of and prompt to handle anything that came up. 10 stars for the facility.

Fabulous time on 30A

Perfect for a multigenerational family from ages 70s to toddlers. Pool was steps from the patio, beautiful view, excellent layout and everything we needed. Ice maker was a real bonus! We will definitely be back!

Beachside Bliss!

By far our best trip to the beach yet. We have stayed in the area 5X before, but never with Your Friends At The Beach. We will not book with anyone else after this stay. They truly thought of every detail. Our family specifically enjoyed: the Keurig, large fridge and freezer as we eat almost all meals in. The close proximity to the beach/pool, extra ice maker for drinks, incredibly comfortable beds and linens AND they supply the unit with dishwasher and laundry soap which we forgot! We could have stayed another week, it felt like home and made traveling with small children a breeze! They supply you with all of the information and codes via an app from WiFi to gate codes and everything was easy to navigate. We will book again very soon!

Good overall but needs a few updates

Working with Your Friends at the Beach made it so easy to access all the information for our trip. Tori, Nancy and Jaime were all attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. The condo was spacious and well stocked in the kitchen. It was a very convenient location having young ones to cart to and from the beach. However, the condo sleeps 10 and there is not enough seating in the family room to accommodate everyone( extra dining room chairs do not count )The area rug is old and matted down- a simple $80 fix. One of the king beds was unusable due to the condition of the mattress. Someone came out immediately to look at the bed and decided it was the bed frame foot board, which was removed. It improved the bed enough for only one person to sleep in it. Overall, we were happy with the condo except for those few needed changes.

Wonderful Location and Condo!

This property was amazing! Beautiful condo and the location cannot be beat. We would rent here again. We had trouble using cell phones in the condo and the WiFi would go in and out often. Other than that it was an exceptional condo. We enjoyed the heated pool (rented in March) that was steps from our back patio. We were able to rent bicycles on the property and ride to get ice cream and restaurants in 5 minutes. A little bit further down was an easy bike ride to Grayton Beach (15 minutes) and to Seaside (30 minutes). It was so much fun. The beach access is a lot of stairs, but it is a short distance from the condo. Our family enjoyed this trip so much and hopes to return!
