Todo el mundo ama la casa de Lucy! Hermosa casa nueva con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, ideal para escapadas familiares en Seagrove Beach. Esta comunidad privada se encuentra en 30A y Robert-Ellis Drive. A solo 400 yardas de la puerta principal a la playa con una gran piscina comunitaria, justo en la comunidad.

Ingrese a la gran sala de estar con techos altos y una gran TV de 60 ". Una cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, una cocina completamente equipada y una nevera con 2 máquinas para hacer hielo. Dormitorio de fácil acceso en planta principal con baño completo.
El dormitorio principal está ubicado en el piso superior con balcón privado y baño principal con ducha de efecto lluvia. Acomódate en la cama tamaño king y mira una película o lee un libro en tu balcón privado y escucha la playa. El tercer dormitorio de la reina se encuentra junto a la sala de literas para los niños. La sala de literas tiene cama completa en la parte inferior y una doble en la parte superior.
Pasa el rato en el patio trasero y disfruta de una barbacoa o relájate en uno de los dos porches. Un montón de espacio para pasar el rato juntos en la sala de estar, o en pequeños grupos en los diferentes porches y patio.
El mayor atractivo de Lucy Cottage es la excelente ubicación. Toma una porción de pizza en el camino hacia la playa. O camine hasta el agujero de la rosquilla en la mañana para tomar un café helado y donas cubiertas con tocino. El mercado de mariscos se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie, donde se puede comer pescado fresco, ¡incluso camarones al vapor frescos! Overall a wonderful experience! Great location and lovely home. Freezer drawer was broken and wouldn’t pull out all the way so couldn’t hardly get anything in it. Texted property manager and never heard back. Fan in master not working either. House wasnt as clean as it could’ve been.

Disappointment and frustration

The front door was unlocked and the house had not been cleaned. We spent the first evening washing linens and towels as well as buying disinfecting wipes to clean all surfaces. Cleaners arrived the next day and we continued laundry. No hot water in kitchen sink. No kitchen towels. All mattresses were very stained. We enjoyed the remaining two days. Owner did respond quickly and refunded part of our rental fee. Pool is small but clean and cool. Beach was fairly close and beautiful. This is a nice and convenient house, but we had a very disappointing start to our family vacation.

A Really Nice Week at the Beach

We had a great week in this house. It is nicely decorated. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, which was perfect for our family. It has a fully stocked kitchen. The owner also left some magazines/books and even had streaming services available for use. One problem that we had was in one of the rooms, the blanket/sheets had dog hair on them. We washed them when we got there. The manager quickly responded and credited us with 75 toward the cleaning fee, which we appreciated. All of the other sheets appeared to be clean. The beach access, while very accessible, is shared with a large hotel. We found that part of the beach to be pretty busy all of the time and not always clean due to that. It was still beautiful. The shared pool was also temporarily closed, but the manager quickly worked to get it reopened, which benefitted several houses. It’s a bike ride away from Seaside.One other problem for us was the thermostat kept auto-resetting from 71 (where we set it) to 74, especially at night. I know that the owner probably wants to conserve energy, but the overhead fan also didn’t work in the master bedroom, so it got hot. We got up and reset it pretty much each night. There were no blinds on the doors. This was a problem in the master, because of the light in the morning. We hung a towel over it. One other suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere.Overall, I would recommend this house. It had a lot of good features and felt comfortable. We enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucy’s Cottage. It was within about a 5 minute walk to the beach and spacious enough for my 8 family members including myself. I also really appreciated it being pet friendly so we could bring our frenchie! I would definitely recommend this cottage to a family with a tiny dog or even a group of friends!

Location and comfortable

Jason was so nice with all of the questions that I had before arriving. The location was great to restaurants and beach. It was spring break for us so the beach was not crowded yet. However, the house and neighborhood were still secluded enough to not feel too overcrowded.

House was as listed. Well equipped!Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. House had beach towels and chairs so was very nice. Great location and access to the beach. Master bedroom balcony was well used for reading and yoga in the sunshine!The house needs some general maintenance, adjust soft close drawers, old skillets, master bathroom door handle not working and not smooth closure. Ice maker was missing. The rug and couch had stains, need replacement or cleaning. Overall good place and location. Would visit again!

Clean House and great location

This house is in an awesome location. It worked out well for my family who was staying for Thanksgiving especially because there was a bedroom and bath on the main floor so my 75 year old mom did not have to climb stairs. The size was great for our entire family. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. My only suggestion is the upgrade the cookware and pans in the kitchen. We were doing some cooking for Thanksgiving and many of the pots, pans, and skillets were very worn, some not really usable. This is an easy fix though. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

we where supposed to be able to check in at 4:00 pm. we arived at 5;20 pm and the cleaning people wher still there cleaning.we waited outside for about 30 minutes for them to finish. when we went in the floors wre still dirty and there was no fitting sheet on the king bed. there was also only three was cloths in the whole house. we had to go to walmart and buy some wash cloths. we did find a fitted sheet in the closet that they left unlocked.other than that everything was good we enjoyed our stay there. i think most of the problem is with the cleaning crew.

Great location, close enough to the beach you can definitely walk but we rented a golf cart which made it easier. Just note there is no parking at the beach. House was great for small family. My 8mo old slept great in the crib and it was nice that there was a highchair there for him to use as well. Restaurants / coffee shops all very close - a 10 min or less golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet. House was easy to check in and out of. Host was easy to reach. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint is we felt like the home could have been cleaner. Some areas had tons of dust and the floors seemed like they were not properly cleaned. Overall a great stay.

Lucy’s Cottage

We had a great stay at Lucy’s Cottage! There were 7 adults and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The pizza place at the end of the street is great! We will definitely be back!

Great Location to enjoy Seagrove Beach

This property was very nice and located close/walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. House was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to not get into each other's hair. Furnishings were very updated and modern. Only criticisms would be this being a new construction neighborhood, there was quite of bit of construction activity during our week which was likely due to the great weather we had. I would also ensure the cleaning crew mops the downstairs more frequently.

Lucy's Cottage was very accommodating for our group and having the bikes made it super easy for the kids to get around 30A for ice cream and shopping! Other than the community pool being a little small, the trip and the house were great!

Lucy’s Cottage

Very good location. Nice home that sleeps 8 if in 2 bedrooms you share double beds. I think it would be helpful if the site mentioned things you would need to bring that are not found in the home. We have stayed at VRBO with shampoo, Kleenex, and beach towels. The home did have sand toys, games, appliances and other amenities.

Great location and house!

We loved our stay at Lucy’s Cottage. The proximity to the beach, seafood market, Donut Hut, pizza, and ice cream made the stay wonderful. The only small complaint we had were the floors being a little dirty. Overall Lucy’s Cottage was perfect for our family.
