Each Queen room opens to views of The Lawn, a lush central garden that anchors the property in calm and privacy. Beach access is effortless via nearby Coleman Pavilion, where guests enjoy a seasonal complimentary Cabana Man setup complete with chairs and umbrella.

Inside, the design is refined yet relaxed—Peacock Alley linens, Serena & Lily furnishings, and coastal textures create a serene atmosphere. A built-in desk, Nespresso coffee station, and mini refrigerator provide convenience without clutter. The marble-tiled bathroom offers a rainfall shower, plush robes, and spa-inspired finishes for restorative evenings.

Modern technology blends seamlessly with the classic setting, including enhanced Wi-Fi, soundproofing, and a Samsung Smart TV. The private porch, furnished with a custom hanging bed and soft throw, becomes an extension of the room—ideal for quiet mornings or golden-hour evenings.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed.
