Step inside and into an open-concept, airy floor plan on the first level. To the left of the entry, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar seating four. A breakfast nook off to the side provides a corner nook for two, perfect for morning coffee! The kitchen blends seamlessly with the adjacent dining area, offering comfortable seating for 8 around a generous dining table. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate both family and friends and is flanked by the large side open porch and a rear deck open porch, as well. A large, furnished side deck runs the length of the home with Adirondack seating. The second bedroom, a queen, features plenty of storage, a flat-screen mounted TV, and shares a large double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The queen bedroom also enjoys access to the screened porch. (The third bedroom has a crib in the closet for use.) The third bedroom features two twin beds (can be configured as a king upon request), plenty of storage, and its own private mounted flat-screen TV and access to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
