Welcome to "Villa Iremia!" This charming, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located directly behind the community pool!

This 6-seater golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street, or to a local's favorite restaurant, "Stinky's," but you can also cruise down to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! Beautifully decorated toward comfort and calm, and welcoming for a family to enjoy. The open-concept first floor is a perfect place to hang with all the family and make sure that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with stainless appliances and a dining nook with seating for about 6-8 guests. There is also an additional 3 seats on the large kitchen island. The second floor displays 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a small loft area complete with a sleeper sofa, and large flatscreen tv. There is another large king suite located on this floor, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk with a twin-sized trundle bed. Serving this area, there is a full bathroom off of the hallway with a tub/shower combo, making it the ideal space to get those kiddos clean after a warm vacation day!

If you still haven't had enough time outside for the day, dine-in in style on the back patio where you can grill out on the brand new propane grill and enjoy your home-cooked meal on the table with seating for 6.
