Hotel was OK. Elevators were terrible. There are 3 of them. One was broken the entire stay. On our first day there only one was working. The hotel is in need of a remodel. Bar/Lounge Staff were excellent.

The property was overbooked and had to get me a room at a different property. The people were nice and accommodating but, had issues checking in the second night because of the issues. The air was not working very good as well. Could see the hotel could use some updates.

Well it was a nice stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was very slippery and there’s no counter space to put anything in the bathroom and what there was you couldn’t put anything down because it would slide off. The staff was excellent. Food was phenomenal.

We were denied a handicap accessable room after we requested one thru hotel.com. the hotel was giving handicap rooms to customers that didn't need them. The hotel did have bell boys to assist us with our luggage when we arrived. We finally got a room 3 hours after we arrived. We took a non handicap to get out of other customers way.
